Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in New Castle is just one of 10 dealerships and 12 brands that make up the Preston Auto Group. Drivers throughout Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio rely on our dealership to meet their used and new Chrysler Dodge Jeep or Ram car, truck, van, crossover or SUV needs.
Preston Auto Group is now a Top 150 Dealer Group in the Nation according to Automotive News with 10 stores retailing nearly 10,000 units a year.
In addition to being a leading dealership serving drivers in Ellwood City, Hermitage, Slippery Rock, Grove City, Pittsburgh, Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a big part of the community. Robert L. Preston and his wife Joanne Preston worked tirelessly to help raise $3.7 million to construct the Preston Chambers YMCA Y Zone. Today residents both young and old rely on this premier facility for recreation, entertainment, and exercise.

They will lie to get you in the door. I was called a by salesperson after viewing the Preston website. I had already visited another unrelated dealership and was given a final price. I t I was called a by salesperson after viewing the Preston website. I had already visited another unrelated dealership and was given a final price. I told the Preston salesperson I was not interested, because I was signing on Friday with the other dealership. The salesperson said tell me your price and let me see if we can do better. I gave price and she said I will call you back. She called back gave a much lower price, which shocked me. I asked her several times and she repeated the cut price. I said if you have same color car and they did. I picked up invoice sheet night before to double check to see if it matched. final price was mentioned again to confirm. I don't want to waste my time if this is not the price. The next day we go down for appt at Preston. Thinking final price already out of way, down payment next and out the door. NO Way. It was nothing buy lies to get you in and they were way over other dealerships price. They will say anything to get you in there. Pointed out several lies to get us in there as they were back peddling, they totally wasted out time, fully knowing this the whole time, I guess that can't believe there our better dealerships out there giving bigger deals Classic bait, lies and switch. Don't let the sweetness fool you. More

Awesome Staff I don't even know where to start....Preston CDJR of New Castle is awesome! I walked in to their showroom on a Saturday afternoon and within a short p I don't even know where to start....Preston CDJR of New Castle is awesome! I walked in to their showroom on a Saturday afternoon and within a short period of time I was signing papers for my 2013 Dodge Journey. My salesman was Nick Turco; between him and Rick, they got me the best deal possible....the even gave me top dollar for my junky trade! Valarie in finance was amazing; she had me approved within 10 short minutes! Overall, I couldn't be happier with my car shopping experience; the staff at Preston are one of a kind! More
