Once I decided to purchase, they made arrangements to pick my husband and me up from the airport. Worth the Trip! We had a great experience with Preston BMW. We drove 65 miles from PA to deal with them and it was time well spent. Mike and Rick were very respectful of our time, and we were able to purchase our car, along with a trade, in 2 visits lasting 1 hour each. This team seems to implemented a totally transparent sales approach that was both unexpected and appreciated. We got a great APR thanks to Todd, and I've waited in drive-thru lines longer than it took go through the financing process. Follow up was kind and prompt. I would recommend this team to everyone, even if you have to travel. They are worth the trip!!! More
