They agreed to fix some issues with the car in the contract when we bought it. Here we are over a month later and countless unanswered calls as well as the runaround many times and the car is still no contract when we bought it. They will not provide a loaner or rental while servicing the car which means we have now gone four full days without a car trying to run errands and get kids to activities or just live life. not to mention the many days of lost work trying to get the car to the appointments. we do not recomend this place. They have been reported to county health authorities. Tracy will promise you a certain interest rate, have you sign a piece of paper saying you are locked in at this rate, and then call you back 3 days later and say you are actually getting an interest rate that’s 1% higher. Then when you say you will return the car, he’ll tell you he can’t give you your down payment back, even though the contract you signed specifically says if the car is returned prior to financing being secured, you will receive your money back.
