Very positive experience. I was just a little late on a rebuilt Mazda 3 Touring. They followed up and are still contacting me with options. Not all online dealers do that. rebuilt Mazda 3 Touring. They followed up and are still contacting me with options. Not all online dealers do that. More
Prestman cuts corners. Especially on moldings, trims, bumpers. The 2 vehicles I bought from them have the same issues. They say it’s just wear and tear but these issues happened within weeks. Also my th bumpers. The 2 vehicles I bought from them have the same issues. They say it’s just wear and tear but these issues happened within weeks. Also my they would not fix my back seat ac that never worked. I drove around for weeks with no airbags til they finally fixed that. Their scheme is to reel you in with massage chairs and nice building but they cut corners on their vehicles! There is so much more I could write! Trust just stay away!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! STAY AWAY More

Extremely disappointed with the service and my wife and I frankly feel deceived. Prestman advertises themselves as the most reliable branded title car dealership, and we went out of our way to purchase from frankly feel deceived. Prestman advertises themselves as the most reliable branded title car dealership, and we went out of our way to purchase from them based on a reputation that they have cultivated. But our experience with them so far has been riddled with problems and they've shown themselves to be entirely unreliable. We saw on their website that a specific model we had been looking for was "available soon." We waited more than a month for it to become available and as soon as it was we drove up from Orem to test drive it. After the test drive we decided to buy it, believing the promise on their website that claims, "Our buyers meticulously inspect each car using a 150-pt Certified Pre-Delivery Inspection." Imagine our surprise when the sales person told us AFTER we had already test-drove and bought the car that they needed to replace the breaks and the shocks. We were hoping to take the car on a long road trip but of course we opted to have them replace the breaks and shocks before driving it again. They told us they would deliver it to our home the day we got back from our trip. We were also told they would take care of the registration and mail us the plates. A week later we had returned from our trip and waited for the car to be delivered. Nobody came. We called the next day to find out when it was going to be delivered and…nobody had any idea. We had to schedule the deliver with them and wait yet another day. The car was finally delivered, but shortly after that my wife had a problem with the car not starting some mornings. It would happen intermittently and we couldn't figure out what was going on. Some time later I realized it was just a loose battery terminal that needed to be tightened down. 150-pt inspection and nobody caught this? Since then we've also had issues with the parking sensors and the emissions system. Meanwhile, our temporary permit lapsed with no sign of the plates. AFTER the temporary permit had already lapsed we got an email from Prestman that we would need to get an emissions test before they could register the vehicle. That's right, they sold us the car without performing any emissions tests and we didn't find out until a MONTH later. Since all of this has happened we've called multiple times and have never once had anyone return our calls or own up to any mistakes in any substantive way. We're still without our plates, our second permit has lapsed again, and we have yet to hear from anyone. Writing a 1-star review is not fun, but at this point I feel like it's the only thing I can do to get anyone's attention. At the very least, you can learn to not take them at face value that these cars have been inspected like they promise. As far as we can tell they sold it to as as soon as it got to the lot and didn't bother inspecting anything. Your chances getting a good branded title aren't any better with Prestman, apparently, and you're at least likely to get better service elsewhere. More
