I worked with a good salesman to purchase an SUV and after paying for an inspection and agreeing to purchasing it, I was waiting for the finance department to return any of my phone calls to finish the after paying for an inspection and agreeing to purchasing it, I was waiting for the finance department to return any of my phone calls to finish the paperwork meanwhile the dealership sold the SUV that I was in the process of buying. The sales manager said that if I found another vehicle on their lot that they would "make it right". I found another SUV and after agreeing to purchase it I was very upset that their idea of "making it right" was doing nothing. After pressing the issue they removed an extra $195 inspection fee. I am not happy with my purchasing experience the shady business practice of selling a vehicle out from under someone after agreeing to buy it is just crap and on top of it all to be as honest as a sleazy used car salesman and promise to make it right and then do nothing is just sad. Also they lost the keys and I missed my inspection window and they had to call and have a new key cut. More
I would be very cautious purchasing a car from here. I paid cash for my car and I really wish I would have taken my time and services elsewhere. They treat you good until the car is purchased. I have taken my car in longer than I have had it in the last four months. Service is terrible. No one including the manager returns the calls. It’s honestly like pulling teeth. When I came to prestman auto they were very helpful from the moment I walked in. I came in to look at a specific car but it hadn’t arrived yet. They keep me updated and gave me a call once it did. Everything went good the day I closed the deal on the car but they told me they were going to reach out to me to fix a few things my car needed fix, they never did I kept trying to call and leaving messages but they told me they were going to reach out to me to fix a few things my car needed fix, they never did I kept trying to call and leaving messages but they never called back, after a whole month I didn’t get my plates, finally my permit was expiring so got out of work to ask about them. And there they were, but never gave me a call to let me know they were there. With that type of service I’m never buying from a local business I’ll rather go to a big dealership like larry h miller or something. More
I usually avoid car dealerships but my son found a jeep he liked there so we made the 350 mile trip. Our saleman Mark Hibler was super friendly and helpful, no pressure. We ended up buying the jeep and a month later I returned to look at 4 runners. He kept me fully informed during that month as to inventory, and answered my many texts and questions. I purchased a 4 runner during that return trip this July and Mark couldn't of been more helpful. I will pass on the good word to others about Mark Hibler and Prestman Auto. Highly recommend!! More

We had such a wonderful experience with our salesperson DJ and sales manager Ryan. Friendly, fair and efficient service. Made the car buying process enjoyable. We went to several dealerships prior to dealing with DJ and this was by far the most confident we felt with a salesperson. The finance process with Tracey was equally as important and handled us with fairness and care. Completely recommend! More
