Jay ran point with the insurance company, adjuster and body shop, and got the work done to perfection in one week's time. Absolutely amazing - no insurance body work ever happens in a week. Jay is a real gentleman. Clear and fast communications via text and phone. In fact, my experience over the past two years is that all of Jay's team provide first-class service and now I know why - it starts from the top. I never feel that I am being sold to. I have owned Volvo’s for over 30 years - same dealership - different service managers - but they always perform at the top of their game and provide me with excellent service! This past visit Bob Knott worked with me and he is quite competent, professional, warm and welcoming. Quite frankly, I would only drive Volvo cars and only go to Prestige Volvo. The service techs are excellent and every experience I have - whether it’s a scheduled service or an emergency that creates anxiety and stress for me - is addressed in the very best and professional manner.
