Before her, we had gone to 2 other dealers and spoke with each on the phone, but did not get much interest in the car we were looking for. We even visited another dealer that was much closer in distance to us than Prestige. The salesperson was very slow to negotiate with system outages and lack of info on the car we were interested in. In the end, Nicole and her manager made us feel more comfortable and was fair in negotiating the price with us. The dealer also had a paperless process for final signing that was extremely efficient and secure. More
