We went in for a used Volvo we saw online. Car is great. But what really impressed me is the following. Professionalism: everybody treated us with respect, they were professional, friendly, courtious, and helpful. The atmosphere and tone: It was calm with no craziness. Everyone we dealt with was a seasoned pro. No wet behind the ears, over aggressive young sales reps. What makes it even more impressive is that this was a used car for just a few thousand dollars, and we were treated as if we were buying a brand new car for tens of thousands. I haven't had the car serviced yet so I can't comment on the "automotive service". But "customer service" was great. Imagine how you will be treated when you buy a new car. We dealt with the receptionist, 3 sales reps, one mechanic who moved the plates from the trade in car to the one we bought. The names I remember are Rich Curto, Mark, Joel, and Pat. I thought this type of service and professionalism had disapeared decades ago. Glad to see they are keeping the art of professional, courtious salesmanship and service alive at Prestige Volvo. More
Prestige Volvo continues to both set and raise the bar or standard for automotive dealership customer relations. Not only do they make local and regional competition pale by comparison, but this author harb standard for automotive dealership customer relations. Not only do they make local and regional competition pale by comparison, but this author harbors doubts that a more congenial or happiness result oriented team or organization could be found nationwide in the industry. Thats saying a lot because, to many, dealerships are a dime a dozen. But having that Prestige Volvo experience would stop that mind set cold. Here's to many great years of Prestige Volvo and many to come. More
From the start of the "car hunting" process of contacting the dealership via online and then in-person, the level of attention and courteous service was top notch. During the negotiation process, the GM (Mr. Haiken) was very pleasant and receptive to finding a price that satisfied me (the customer). I was very impressed and left the dealership feel good about the whole transaction. There was never a moment where I felt the sales person (Mr. Casser) was just caring about his commission and the custmer in front of him was just another transaction. If you are looking for a very fair price with the excellent service, I would recommend this Volvo dealership over others in the Northeast NJ. More
My husband and I have been married for 36 years and have never owned a Volvo, even though we have owned 17 other cars. We chose Volvo because many of our neighbors owned and drove Volvos and seemed happy w never owned a Volvo, even though we have owned 17 other cars. We chose Volvo because many of our neighbors owned and drove Volvos and seemed happy with their cars. We were able to trade in our "Clunker" and lease a beautiful 2010 XC60, thanks to the very helpful and knowledgeable Christian Parada. We are very happy with our new car and are looking forward to many years of driving pleasure in our new Volvo. More
David Lewis was very accommodating as far as getting my car in right away, arranging for a loaner vehicle and followed up to make sure the job was done well. I had expected my car to arrive late November; however, much to my delight he found one less than a week after I left my deposit! I picked it up today and could not be more pleased. He thoroughly explained all the features of my vehicle and had already set up many of them. Again, as a first-time buyer, no part of my experience was stressful and I would send anyone interested in a Volvo to him in a heartbeat. More

Each and every time I have had our Volvo XC90 serviced at Prestige, Mr. Rosen has gone out of his way to insure that the service was prompt, properly completed, and that any courtesy he could extend by way of a loaner vehicle, etc. were provided. He takes the time to explain the repairs needed and never makes me feel like he is “up-selling” me anything like I have experienced with numerous other dealerships. I find it refreshing that he takes the time to call the day after I pick up the vehicle to make sure that I am satisfied with the service and the condition of the car. I should also mention that the cleaning of the vehicle prior to pick up by your staff is a very nice touch which is sincerely appreciated. Without question, having previously dealt with other luxury vehicle dealerships such as Mercedes Benz and BMW for the over the last 25 years, I can without hesitation say that Mr. Rosen is by far the best service manager I have ever dealt with and I look forward to my continued involvement with Volvo products and Mr. Rosen in the future.
