We were recommended to this dealership by a friend, and even though it was out of the way for us we dropped in. On the test drive, he pointed out the key features of the car, and offered us his frank opinion of the features and there worth. He never pushed us on anything. Frank actually lead us, by questions and demonstrations, to determine the features we wanted. What a great experience, letting us decide instead of selling what he wanted! Everything was prepared and the car delivered as promised, without hassle or bother. More

I recently moved to Northern NJ from Pittsburgh, PA so although Volvo was not new to me; Prestige was certainly new to me. But, I must say that my experience was as good as ever. In short, the staff and facilities at Prestige Volvo are top notch. Everyone is very polite and outgoing. They are all service oriented people that are there to help in any way possible. I just bought a new XC70 and my experience was outstanding. My Sales Rep (Chris) was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions completely. Further, he was not pushy and very patient throughout my decision process. All-in-all, Prestige is the place to buy a Volvo in NJ. Thanks for everything! This is a first for me. I would definitely recommend not only the dealership, but my salesperson as well. Rich Curto was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed at any time, nor did we feel any pressure. Even though this is a "highway" dealership, there wasn't a "highway vibe" to it. Also, the Finance Manager was professional as well, and again, this is a first, there was no pressure in his office either. My needs were considered rather than which car or program was being "pushed" at the time. My mother is on her second Volvo, and may switch to Prestige Volvo for service, despite the fact that the dealership is forty minutes away from her home. That's how impressed we all were with Rich and the other Prestige employees. More
This was a very easy and pleasant process (never thought I'd say that about bying a car!). Tony was very helpful, responsive and not pushy. He clearly laid out the options for the 2010 S80 T6. He followed up on remaining questions quickly and made the process from test drive through delivery a breeze. We ultimately purchased an outstanding product for what I thought was an excellent price. Everyone I met at Prestige was very friendly and seemed to be very customer focused...nice to not have to deal with a lot of BS and pressure. These guys are pros! I heartily recommend this dealer if you're looking for a no nonsense straight forward process and a very fair price. More

I have been going to Prestige Auto for the last 10 Years. The Service Managers have always been accomdating and responsive to my car's need. Any Mucci has been the mechnanic on the car over these years and I The Service Managers have always been accomdating and responsive to my car's need. Any Mucci has been the mechnanic on the car over these years and I appreciate the work he has done but what I like the most is that he goes over the work that he has provided and explains in detail what happen and what he has done to fix the problems. I know that I don't have to worry about my wife's car and the kids driving in it. Thank you. More

If I could rate Matthew and Joel of Prestige Volvo higher than a 5 I would! As an extremely busy business owner working 7 days a week I had absolutely no time to go through the process of aquiring a new veh than a 5 I would! As an extremely busy business owner working 7 days a week I had absolutely no time to go through the process of aquiring a new vehicle. But my current lease was expiring soon and I had to act quickly so I called Matthew. He immediately got the ball rolling by presenting several offers, discussing each one in depth and then helping me decide that the S80 might be the best solution. He offered to send one over for me to take a look at. Later that day Joel brought a new S80 to my place of business and I took it for a ride. I liked it immediately and over the following 2 days Matthew worked very hard to make sure I got the best price possible. He also had all of the necessary paperwork done, I mean all of it including contacting my car insurance company to have the coverage transferred to my new vehicle. Yesterday Joel came to my place of business with my brand new car and all of the associated paperwork. He explained the documents brilliantly and provided a hands-on tour of the many features of my new S80. He also took my old S60 back. I just can't tell you how easy this purchase was! In less than 3 days I had a new car and I was very happy about it. Prestige Volvo has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They truly know the meaning of exceeding a customer's expectations. More

I am a current Volvo S80 owner and just leased a new one. Matthew's professionalism is the only reason that I leased a new Volvo from Prestige Volvo. Living in Central NJ and going to the dealership in North Matthew's professionalism is the only reason that I leased a new Volvo from Prestige Volvo. Living in Central NJ and going to the dealership in Northern NJ would have been difficult. Matthew make the leasing process easy, simple and worth doing business with a dealership not in my neighborhood. He made what can be a challenging process, simple and easy.
