We had been to Prestige Volvo 6 years ago looking for a new car and really couldn't afford the car we wanted comfortably back then. The salesman that we dealt with was very nice and said please keep us in new car and really couldn't afford the car we wanted comfortably back then. The salesman that we dealt with was very nice and said please keep us in mind if you ever have the opportunity to buy a Volvo in the future. Well, 6 years later we were looking for a new car and after looking at many other vehicles, Audi, Mercedes, and Cadillac, we found ourselves back at Prestige Volvo. We knew of the safety and performance reputation that Volvo had and we liked the new design of their cars. We were greeted by a man named Chris outside and he was very friendly and easy to talk to. We told him that we were looking for a new car and he lead us into the showroom. On our way, he showed us a great car for a great price. We sat down at his desk and we discussed other cars and prices. We informed him that we had a really great quote from another Volvo dealer and he immediately, no questions asked, matched that price. We were thrilled that we could stay local to buy our car. We had done our homework before we went to Prestige and knew what we wanted to pay for certain options. It was refreshing that we didn't have to play games with Chris and haggle back and forth. There was none of that! We had to leave for a short time, but promised to come back to finalize the deal. They promised us that they would do certain things while we were gone and they did. When we arrived back to finish the deal it was so quick and hassel free that it was the most positve experience we had ever had in buying a car. Completely stress free. Isn't that the way buying a car should be? When our Infinite's lease is up we believe that we will be coming back to Prestige Volvo to buy another car. More
Working with Prestige Volvo was a wonderful experience. I have worked with other dealerships in the past, and Prestige by far stands out from other locations. Christian was so easy to work with and was able have worked with other dealerships in the past, and Prestige by far stands out from other locations. Christian was so easy to work with and was able to meet all of the requests that I had made. The team is very responsive via phone and email, which again makes this location stand above the rest. I thought it was a very nice touch that the manager of the dealership came over to shake my hand and congratulate me on my selection. Christian also took the time to sit in the car with me, set up my seating, bluetooth, etc. before I left the dealership. I was introduced to the service manager and taken on a tour of the service facility, which was very large and had a nice waiting area. This was the 5th car I have leased (2 VWs and 2 other Volvos) and I am confident in stating that Prestige was one of the nicest, customer centric dealerships I have ever worked with. I will definitely be recommending this team in the future. More
The deal was terrific - the May event. My sales person, Chris, worked with me and I didn't feel pressured. However, once I committed to the deal, I did feel pressure to take delivery. I would suggest, however, that the add on options - tire/wheel protection, be brought up during the sales pitch not at the time of doing the paper work. I own a 2004 C70 and have serviced it at all times at Prestige. I am about to have the 105000 mile service done. Whenever I go to have my car serviced either Dave or Jay (the service manger) have always Prestige. I am about to have the 105000 mile service done. Whenever I go to have my car serviced either Dave or Jay (the service manger) have always greeted me warmly, sat down with me and expakined in detail what work needs to be done to my vehicle. While there have been times when the vehicle needed to be serviced for the same item it wasn't as a result of anything Prestige did wrong. I would encorage that anyone who is looking to buy a Vovlvo to purchase it at Prestige and if you are currently driving a Volvo that you choose Volvo for your place of service. More

It has been a pleasure doing business with Joel Casser and Ted Cadieu. Joel worked with me over the phone when I expressed interest in buying a 2010 XC70 Wagon. I flew up from Georgia to New Jersey on Mon and Ted Cadieu. Joel worked with me over the phone when I expressed interest in buying a 2010 XC70 Wagon. I flew up from Georgia to New Jersey on Monday March 29,2010 in order to find and purchase a XC70 wagon for my mom. She currently owns a 2003 VW Passat with AWD. The XC70 was a perfect replacement for the VW which no longer ships AWD Passat's to the United States. Joel offered me a great deal over the phone, so I told him that I would be visiting him in about 2 hours. When we arrived at Prestige Volvo we noticed a very nice Blue XC70 with all the accessories that we wanted. After meeting Joel he introduced us to Ted who gave us a test drive. With in about 1 1/2 hours we had the deal signed and returned on Tuesday March 30,2010 to pickup the car. Joel and Ted were very helpfull in explaining how the navigation system and ipod integration works. We will certainly recommend Prestige Volvo to any of our friends. Keep up the good work. As a result, I was able to settle on a price, purchase the car, obtain financing, and drive away in under 2 hours. The dealership was able to beat the interest rate that I had from my bank and work with me on the price in order for me to keep my monthly payments where I wanted them. I picked the car based upon reviews, price and the 5 year free maintenance program. More
