If you are interested in purchasing/leasing a Volvo, this is the dealership to visit. From the test drive to signing on the dotted line, this was, by far, the best experience I have ever had in purchasi is the dealership to visit. I would highly recommend anyone buy a car from Prestige Volve. The ratings go up to 5; but I feel Prestige deserves a 10+ and beyond. When you walk in the door you feel genuinely welcomed. My experience with Steve Sargent, Salesman; and Pat Mason, Financial Business Manager; were both outstanding in my opinion were customer service is a top priority. They were very thorough in their expertise and knowledge of the volvo products. I feel they were fair and honest to the point that I felt very confident in purchasing my volvo. I will continue to do business with them in the future; as well as bringing my car in for servicing. I am so happy to be a customer of Prestige Volvo. Kudos to this dealership. I experienced the unexpected at Prestige Volvo, and thanks to Joel and Matthew, the dealership has a customer for life. I was seeking to trade-in a vehicle and purchase a new vehicle. These types of tr thanks to Joel and Matthew, the dealership has a customer for life. I was seeking to trade-in a vehicle and purchase a new vehicle. These types of transactions can be a bit more complicated, however the team priced both the trade and the new XC 70 aggressively thereby making the deal happen. Often it is on the buyer to push, and negotiate, but Matthew and Joel understood what I was trying to accomplish and worked with me to make sure that happened, inside of just a few days. Pricing aside, the team was courtesous, thoughtful and professional. The delivery and financing went smoothly with everything prepared for me upon arrival. I have no doubt that the maintenance/ service experience will be similar. Needless to say, when the next of our cars comes off lease we will be back to see what Prestige Volvo has to offer. From the stellar support of the service team for our old Wagon, including customer name recognition (how refreshing in this day and age) and prioritization of items to be maintained - we were never displeased and always felt that we had the correct advice from experts that knew Volvos explicitly! As our family has grown and the miles were added to the Wagon we had that important conversation with members of both sales and service -- were we at the break even point where ongoing maintenance for a volvo with heavy mileage exceeded the worth - was it time to move on within the volvo family to a new vehicle? The information was collected and shared in a neutral manner and all options were clearly discussed. The decision was easy with the right information and our opportunity to work again with Sales Associate Paul Davis (who sold us our original 2000 crss cntry wagon) and who again helped us to identify the value, affordability and useability of a new Volvo - this time an XC90. Perfect for our family of 5, busy life styles and accomodating of all needs. We are happy to be a part of the Prestige family and their loyalty has brought us back again and again (as well as the referrals we have sent their way). Hooray for a job very well done. We had a great experience at Prestige Volvo in East Hanover and highly recommend. We had been looking for a pre-owned car for several months and arrived at Prestige fairly discouraged but once we stepp Hanover and highly recommend. Our salesman, Steve Sargent, was friendly, informed, and most importantly, relaxed, which really helped since we were stressed out from the entire prior car-shopping experience. He understood our budget and our wants and needs, and went along with what we wanted to look at, completely informed all the way, but not at all pushy. We originally looked at the V50 & S80 and did test drive a S80 but ended up loving a V70 and turns out the Cross Country is definitely the right fit for our lifestyle and family. Pat Masone helped bring it all together with the finances and by the time we left, we felt like royalty. Thank you Steve & Pat and everyone at Prestige! More
We had a great experience with Prestige Volvo. Mark, the general manager, and Pat finance manager were very helpful in getting us a good deal on our new car and the trade in. Rich, the sales associate was v general manager, and Pat finance manager were very helpful in getting us a good deal on our new car and the trade in. Rich, the sales associate was very courteous and willing to work with us. This was our first time at Prestige Volvo dealership and so far it has been a pleasure. I am sure we will be back for our next car. We love our Volvo! More
My wife and I were in the Market for a new car. We are leaning towards a minivan as we have a 2 yr old and drive his grandparents on a regular basis. She's always liked the Volvo XC70 but always thought t leaning towards a minivan as we have a 2 yr old and drive his grandparents on a regular basis. She's always liked the Volvo XC70 but always thought the car was a little expensive for us. I told her she should look at the car anyways, maybe she'll change her mind once she looked at it. Our experience at Prestige was a pleasant one, Marilyn introduced herself and ask us what we were interested in. Afterward she led my wife out to a XC70 for a test drive and sat down at her desk to discuss the price. We were pleasantly surprised at the number she gave us (there was a 5K incentive in effect) and after very little negotiation we were able to come to a price ~9K off MSRP. This is in sharp contrast to the typical dealer (Honda, Toyota, Nissan, etc) negotiation where you bicker back and forth with the salesman and his Manager for hrs on end, listening to lie after lie spewed forth by the sales mgr. It also didn't hurt that we were there 8-31 at 7pm... The incentive ends that night and coupled with the 5 yr free maintenance and warranty we had a very attractive offer. The car was a little too small for us but we did not want to let this offer slip away as the incentive ends that night. To help us sleep on it, the Sales Manager offered us a refundable deposit to lock in the price tonight, and we had a few days to sleep on it. We literally decided to look at the Volvo, 1 hr before we went to the dealer, so were a little hesitant to commit. With the refundable deposit, it was a no-lose situation so we signed. Sure enough, the next day, the Incentive was down to $3000 so we saved 2000 dollars by placing our deposit that night. However, we had decided that the XC70 was not the right vehicle for us at this time. Our deposit was refunded promptly with a handshake. We have since bought a Toyota Sienna which was ironically more expensive that the Volvo in which we thought was too pricey! Even though we ultimately purchased another vehicle, I wanted to convey my pleasant experience at Prestige Volvo. They are professional throughout, which sharply contrasts to the Toyota Dealers that I recently dealt with.... I literally walked out on a few when the master goon (sales mgr) came out to do his "I can't give this to you at this price" " It's only 30 bucks more a month" nonsense. The only other dealer experience that compares is Lexus. When it comes time to replace our other car (Lexus RX), based on this experience; Volvo and Prestige Volvo will be on our short list (XC60 or XC90) More
We have visited one other Volvo dealer in the area and where very disappointed about service, interest and behavior. Visiting Prestige Volvo was completely the opposite. We where welcomed on the parking lot by the salesman Paul Davis who assisted us in making our choice. Calm, relaxed, pleasant and not pushy. We bought the car. When picking up the car again the way you are addressed as a customer and the manner in which the car was delivered was very professional.
