We came to the dealership to have our Volvo XC90 serviced and left buying a new 2011 XC60. I believe that our Salesman Chris knew the product line very well and was able to work with Pat in the Financing De and left buying a new 2011 XC60. We had a very positive experience purchasing our new Volvo XC90 at Prestige. During a recent Service appointment, I stopped by the Sales department to discuss my Options for a trade-in of my 2007 XC90. The Sales representative was very helpful in describing the merits of the new Sales department to discuss my Options for a trade-in of my 2007 XC90. The Sales representative was very helpful in describing the merits of the new XC60 and all the incentives that were available with a purchase and trade-in of my vehicle at this time. The bonus Costco card and agreement to pick up my service charges were also too good to pass on. He also helped me to set up my new vehicle and had me on my way in about the same time it would have taken to get my previous car serviced. More

Paul Davis was very knowledgeable about the different models of Volvo and originally showed us 2 white cars which my wife didn't want. He then found an Oyster Grey model which we liked. We were very happy with the financial help we received and everyone we came in contact with at Prestige Volvo couldn't have been more friendlier and professional. We would definately recommend this dealership to our family and friends. More

This is our 4th Volvo and 1st experience with Prestige Volvo and the BEST SALES TEAM we've worked with to-date. Each team member took great care to ensure exemplary service from the minute we walked in the door until the closing handshakes and pecks on the cheek. We got a very fair trade-in on our 2001 Volvo S80 and a really good COSTCO deal on the new XC60 T6. Matt spent enough time making sure we understood the options and values before putting together the spec sheets for us to take home and mull over. He also informed us of the financing options and provided an application to complete in advance. All was in order to speed the process. The necessary data had been entered online and the vehicles were ready for my final "color" decision on the second visit. Richard reviewed the required paperwork with me while Pat drew up the various documents and had the car "Bommerized". Before I drove off the lot, Richard helped me to update my insurance, programmed selected Sirius settings, connected my phone and demonstrated the operation of all the new features. In less than 3 hours I drove off the lot with a Prestige VOLVO Lenny bear in the back seat. My husband was really surprized Prestige had completed the whole transaction in so short a time enabling me to drive home with the new vehicle that day. I feel certain that my after-sale experience with this organization will match the high level of quality service demonstrated so far. More
Recently my wife had a car accident that totaled her Avalon. It was a few years old so needless to say we did not get much from insurance. Everyone told us about how safe Volvos are so we decided to check them out. We walked into Prestige Volvo and was greeted by Marilyn Zavada. We explained to Marilyn that we needed a car right away and our finances were limited. She only showed us vehicles that were within our budget. She was not "pushy" nor did she try to talk us into anything. She was very knowledgeable about Volvos. We were able to take our time in deciding if Volvo was in fact the car for us. She made copies of specs for us to take home so we could compare them to our Avalon. We decided that a Volvo from Prestige was for us. When we came to pick up the car we were greeted by signs welcoming and congratulating us on our purchase. The car was "detailed" and in a clean service area with a thank you note on the dashboard. We were introduced to a number of workers in the service area and everyone was extremely pleasant. I would not have a problem recommending Presitige Volvo and Mariyn Zarilyn to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. I look forward to a long relationship with them. More
