I recently chose my fourth Volvo. I worked with Rich Curto and he was pleasant, knowledgeable and very straight forward. The process was very easy and I have a beautiful C70. Steve Sargent helped to deliver the car and was great - very nice, set up the blue tooth, and answered all of my questions. Pat Masone handled the paperwork and was very efficient and prepared. The staff was a group of the most personable and professional I have seen in any business. I wanted to mention Paul Davis - I purchased my first two VOlvo's from him while he worked at another dealership. It was great to see him added to the staff at Prestige since my experiences with him were also very good. I would definitely recommend Prestige Volvo and have already in the past. I unexpectedly had to buy a new car this past week. My decision to buy a another Volvo was easy after the accident and since I had had such great experiences with Prestige Volvo's service department over the last 7 years I didn't want to leave them. I decided I wanted something a little bigger so I test drove the XC60. I loved the car, Rich couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating especially given the circumstances of my purchase. I actually asked to pick the car up a day early and Rich was able to have it ready. He made it all seem easy - and I know it probably wasn't. He very patiently explained all of the features (of which there are many) and he paired my bluetooth with my phone. It was a great experience all around. This dealership has their act together from their sales manager and his sales staff right on over to Jay and the service team. More

We were interested in the newly designed S60 T6 so we stopped by Prestige to take a look at it. We took it for a quick test drive and it peaked our interest. After speaking to Chris Parada in sales, we stopped by Prestige to take a look at it. We took it for a quick test drive and it peaked our interest. After speaking to Chris Parada in sales, we left the dealership with brochures and a better understanding of what Prestige had to offer. We NEVER buy a car on the first visit and ALWAYS take two test drives. Chris was more than happy to accommodate us. After the 2nd test drive we were confident the S60 T6 was for us. After sitting down with Chris to hash out the numbers we had him set out on a search for a 2012. He found what we needed quickly and phoned us of the find. Unfortunately, the dealer trade didn't happen b/c the other dealership did not immediately divulge damage on the car. In our initial conversation w/ Chris he told us of a healthy incentive on 2011 T6's. We found one locally and he was able to get it for us. The final paper work process was very smooth and uncomplicated. There was no pushy "aftermarket" offerings and the finance manager didn't try to push any "back end" costs. Chris took his time with us going over all the major components of the car and setting up the personal settings including pairing out iPhone 4 to the car. We drove away completely satisfied. The car was in perfect condition and they even put the seat belt on the Prestige Gund Bear into the back seat! I've always been wary of "highway dealers" since there are plenty of articles out there stating how they try to put one over you. I'm the type of customer who expects timely return phone calls and emails. I questioned every step of the process and Chris was always ready to take care of my needs. Prestige is a really nice dealership and Chris is a great asset. Chris easily earned our 5 star review and we will definitely return when we decide to get another Volvo. More

Walking me through the finance program(2.99% for 6 yrs) and helping me with it 4. Availability of my preferred trim and features 5. Giving me time to think over my decision, not forcing me with calls/mails like other dealers 6. Honoring USAA price 7. On Vehicle pick up date walking me through paper works, features of my vehicle, ease of execution And last but not the least Filled up Petrol Tank :-) Special note for Chris... Everthing about my experience was first class. They did not push me in any way and spent plenty of time educating me on the cars I was interested in.
