This was the best car buying experience I ever had. The slaes person and the manager worked together to get us the car we wanted at a very fair price. She programmed the station presets in Sirius and also notified Sirius to extend my current contract with them to include the first 6 month free from Volvo. Her subsequent follow up after delivery has also been excellent. More

My wife and I bought two cars (XC90 and S60) at this dealership in March 2004. By now, both cars have over 100,000 miles and, having followed the recommended service schedule, we've been problem free du dealership in March 2004. The service team is friendly, accommodating and receptive to suggestions. At the same time, their recommendations have always proven to be accurate. Above all, they are very professional. The scheduling process is easy and the car is ready when promised. I haven't met the mechanics, but their job is just superb because the cars run like new and, unfortunately for me, they are not any more. I would recommend this Service Department to anybody looking for first class service, not just for their cars but for themselves. More
My 2004 Volvo S60-R did not pass the annual NY State inspection because of several issues with the car. I made an appointment with Prestige Volvo so that I could get the issues corrected. When I arrived, I received very prompt and courteous service. Everyone I met at Prestige was very professional. I was also able to watch TV and use free wireless internet while I was in the waiting room waiting for my car to be finished. Needless to say, after the mechanics at Prestige worked on my car, it was able to pass the New York State inspection without a problem. Matt Haiken and Jay Rosen were a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with Prestige in the future. More
We just bought a new XC60 and couldn't be happier with the experience at Prestige. After our 2004 XC90 was totaled in an bad accident and we walked away without a scratch we were committed to buying anot the experience at Prestige. Although we live in NYC we'd had our XC90 serviced at Prestige on a friend's recommendation after bad experiences in Manhattan. Prestige has a great service department that was worth the drive out and we decided to see what they could do for us on a new car. We dealt with PJ Lee, who was absolutely terrific. Our negotiations ended up being by phone and PJ was helpful and accommodating throughout and arranged for us to order exactly the car that we wanted. Prestige's price was excellent and the whole experience from beginning to end was great: efficient, friendly and attentive. We'd been to other dealers and at Prestige we experienced none of the high-pressure and ethically questionable tactics we saw elsewhere. When we went to pick up the car PJ was great in getting everything done quickly and easily and explained everything about the new car. Pat Massone was also efficient and helpful with financing and related matters. Prestige is an outstanding and ethical dealership. We'd recommend them and PJ to anyone. We love the XC60 and will definitely go back to Prestige in the future. More

The moment I arrived at Prestige I was greeted warmly and enthusiastically by Deborah. I owned a Volvo for ten years and in updating my car made my first visit to Prestige in July and had a very unsatisfactory experience. After a tour of dealerships I decided to make another visit to Prestige and met Deborah. The rest is history. I bought my car in one hour. She is the greatest and continues to help with any questions I've had. More
