I call Prestige after my credit card was charged $102.03, and they stated there was a 3% service fee to use a credit card. This additional charge was never brought up during the transaction. While service fees are now seen at restaurants and dry cleaners, I was very surprised to hear that Prestige is now doing the same. Moral of the story: shop around and ask the auto dealer if they charge a service fee for credit card use. More

I have not issues with the service department as they do a very good job. I had a new agent Kelwin Castillo who was really helpful and assisted my wife in adding her new phone to the car. He was good in letting me know the cost of the 4 year maintenance and called when the tech had recommended some additional work. After discussing the options I went ahead with the service even though I was around $600 more. When the job was done he gave me the cost but then told me that there was a new policy that if you charge via credit card there is a 3% fee. I told him I wish I knew that upfront as I would have just done the maintenance and put the other service off for another time. This way I could have paid cash now and then again later. He did mention that this was instituted in March 2025 and I had my other Volvo serviced in October of 24 so I never knew about the change. More
