Purchasing the car was a painless experience that in years past I had always dredded. There were no games played and the price was the price. There was no running back from salesman to manager. We met with the manager who was polite and explained all of our options and we were then able to make a very educated decision. The staff was extremely polite and we were treated respectfully. I would like to sincerely thank and commend Jay Rosen along with his entire staff for all they do, in particular how Jay and his team went above and beyond on October 20, 2011. My wife and I welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Avery, into the world on October 16, 2011. Prior to my wife's delivery she was home, subjected to strict rest and was not allowed to drive. Accidentally, she had left her hatch on her 2011 XC90 cracked open. Unfortunately, this caused the car's battery to lose all power. On October 20, 2011, one of the most important days of our lives, I went into the XC 90 in route to bring my wife and child home from the hospital. I went into pure panic mode, when I realized the car was dead. As it was, I hardly slept that night with the pure excitement of my family coming home. My first reaction was to call roadside service, who said the soonest someone could be there was 3 to 4 hours. I then thought, let me call Jay Rosen at Prestige. I live in Roseland NJ, which is 15 minutes from Prestige Volvo. When I spoke to Jay and explained the situation, he replied without hesitation, we're on our way...no further questions asked. Jay had a technician dispatched immediately, who arrived in 16 minutes from when Jay and I hung up. This saved the day! Without Jay Rosen and his teams help that day, the most exciting day of our lives could have turned into the most stressful one, full of obstacles. I commend Jay Rosen and his entire staff for treating people like family instead of customers. It is because of Jay and his team that my wife and I will always remain grateful and a customer of Prestige Volvo in East Hanover NJ. Jay, simply said, KUDOS OUT TO YOU AND YOUR TEAM!! He had someone pick us up at home so that we could conveniently pick up our new S80, our other cars having been wiped out by hurricane Irene. All the paper work for obtaining options on the car being sent from Sweden to the transfer of our old registration and plates was efficiently handled. All in all, a pleasant experience working with PJ. More

They are responsive, trustworthy and committed to making sure that the car buying/leasing experience is as painless as possible. They are able to quickly and efficiently work within one's financial contraints, and are willing to work with the numbers as much as is needed in order to accomodate one's needs. They know their products inside and out, and use their listening skills (which most dealers don't know how to do) to help zero in on the best product for their customer. They are available and accessible at all times, and take customer service to a new level. Together, my husband and I have had over 80 years of dealing with various car dealers and car buying experiences. Prestige gets the highest ratings, from acquiring vehicles to servicing them.
