My wife and I have owned 4 Volvo's all but mine purchased elsewhere. We now use Prestige for all of our service. Recently my wife's car died, we used the Volvo Roadside assistance and the car was towed to a elsewhere. We now use Prestige for all of our service. Recently my wife's car died, we used the Volvo Roadside assistance and the car was towed to a nearby dealer who informed us that it would take several days for them to assess the car. I called Jay Rosen and he immediately arranged for the car to be picked up. We had it the following morning. The service team is absolutely professional and a pleasure to deal with--they keep you informed on the progress of the repairs and deliver on time More
I called on a Friday for an emergency appointment for a broken air conditioner during a heat wave. The service manager, Jay Rosen, happened to answer my call, and all I can say is that he was fantastic. broken air conditioner during a heat wave. Despite the fact that the shop was full, my car was taken immediately and I received personal attention from beginning to end. I was encouraged to contact Jay personally with any concerns or problems, and while my car ended up needing a new compressor (not an inexpensive repair), I had complete confidence that it was necessary because the service department had first tried, unfortunately unsuccessfully, to resolve the problem without replacing the compressor. I am sure from my contacts with Jay, who takes tremendous pride in his department, as well as Bill(I'm sorry I can't remember his last name) who I dealt with on the return visit on Saturday, that everyone in service is held to very high standards. I'm sure I'll be back (my car is a 2004), and have no hesitation in recommending Prestige Volvo for any and all repairs. Thank you again, Jay, Bill and your entire team! More

At 32 years old, I've been leasing cars for 10 years now and have driven a Chevy Trailblazer, Lexus IS250 and most recent was my 4 door Honda Accord. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was let go fr and have driven a Chevy Trailblazer, Lexus IS250 and most recent was my 4 door Honda Accord. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was let go from my job towards the end of March 2012. I moved back in with my parents in Cedar Grove, New Jersey for the first since I left for college at 18 years old. It wasn't easy, but I had to do what I could financially. Therefore, with my Honda lease expiring in July 2012 I now have a lot of free time to look for a new car, while looking for a new job as well. I am honest when I say that since I was torn between a sports car, crossover, suv, FWD, 4WD, AWD, and most of all price, that there were a lot of options out there. I went to Lexus, Infiniti, Ford, Kia, Chevrolet, GMC, Acura, BMW, Hyundai and Honda over the month of April and May. I narrowed down my final options to the Lexus IS250, Infinity G37 and Ford Edge Limited. THIS DECISION WAS KILLING ME!!! "WAIT A SECOND...VOLVO!!!" "DO THEY HAVE ANYTHING NICE IN MY PRICE RANGE???" So I decided to drive to the closest dealership which was about 20 minutes away. All the others were within 5 minutes and let me say EXTREMELY FORCEFUL TRYING TO GET ME IN A NEW CAR. I hate being pressured into sales and as a Property Manager for high end rental homes, I know how sales can be. That pushy method is old and doesn't work anymore. If anything people want nothing to do with you. If you have a great product at the right price, it will all fall into place with the customer. So my first visit was in early June, in the afternoon and I was wearing adidas jogging pants with a t-shirt. My first thought was these guys like all the other high end dealers I visited wont talk to me unless I say something first. Well, complete opposite. I was greeted by their secretary who was very charming and instantly asked what I was looking for and she got me Jeff Barish who was a sales and leasing consultant. He treated me with the utmost respect and class and told me all about the T5-S60 along with the new T5 due to be out soon which will be 4WD and be cheaper than the T6-S60. So then he took me on a test drive in the AWD 300hp T6. I fell in love in an instant. High class, sporty, so much power, great handling with curbs and great Torque. Everything about this was quality. Jeff knew everything about the car and when we got back told me the numbers. I didn't fight because I knew with what I was looking at that would be the price range. Anyway, 3 weeks later I send an email to the sales managers and let them know my final 3 options which were the Lexus IS250 and Infiniti G37. I immediately got replies and calls from Marc Apirian, Matthew Haiken and Pat Masone. They told me what they could do and IT WORKED!!!! I went in to test drive the FWD version which was in the price range I needed with a new salesman names William. MY original salesman Jeff was away for a week vacation. So this new man William was just as incredible. He was so easy to talk to and made me feel even more comfortable. He spoke about his sales history and where he came from. We had to drive to a private lot to see the exact car and he did not rush me one mili-second. He said "Id rather be with you, than in the showroom." That made me feel very valued. Well, I signed the next day and I love my new 2012 black on black T5 S60. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! THANK U SO MUCH PRESTIGE. I'm only 32 and we have many years ahead of us to do business. More

But when I arrived at Prestige Volvo, I experienced a whole new concept of customer service. From my dealings with owner, Matthew Haiken, to my interactions with sales associate Debra Smith, the professionalism displayed was impeccable. Debra's knowledge of the T5 was superb. She intuited many questions I was intending to ask and provided answers beforehand. The culture of Prestige Volvo made me feel as if I was a member of their extended family. Overall, an amazing experience!!! More
