I have my S60 for about a year. Its a great car to drive and Prestige did a first rate job setting up a delivery in Sweden. I recommend European delivery. I scheduled a periodic service with Lindsey who was most courteous and helpful in providing a convenient time for drop off of my car and making available a loaner car for the day. My husband and I arrived late on a Saturday when the dealership was closing and PJ Lee assured us that we had time for a test drive. PJ. Was very genuine with us and answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us at all to make a quick decision. Having been to a number of other dealerships where we were put off and sent to find a car on the lot to test drive the Volvo experience was so much better. PJ was then available via email and phone to negotiate a final price and trade in that we were happy with. We are extremely happy with our new XC90, the day we bought it there was a terrible snow storm and the AWD handled the road conditions well. We traded in a 2002 BMW which we loved, but have no regrets with the Volvo. Having the extra two seats AND having the key fob save our individual seat settings were two criteria that the XC90 met. I had searched the internet looking for specific cars and found them at Prestige. From my initial email contact right through to driving my new car off the lot...by far the best buying experience I have eve found them at Prestige. From my initial email contact right through to driving my new car off the lot...by far the best buying experience I have ever had! Response to my email request for information...Tina was on it! Prompt responses that addressed all my questions up front making me feel comfortable that I wasn't going to be wasting my time doing the 1.5 hour drive to visit this dealership. Very thorough test drive...PJ knew his product and really took the time to make sure we did too. Not the typical car salesperson...but more of a consultant concerned about our all around experience. The bottom line...how refreshing to not have to spend hours going back and forth with a mystery man hiding somewhere in an office. Pat cut to the chase; brought us in to his office and within minutes we were ready to sign. Thanks to everyone at Prestige! More
I called for service on my vehicle and received an appointment for the next day. Although I have issues with the car itself ( 2005-XC90), the service department has been wonderful to me. They understood my frustration and worked with me to the best possible solution.
