They weren't pushy at all about purchasing stuff for the vehicle I didn't need. I felt I got the best possible deal and they had the dvd player installed same day for my kids. PJ even took the time to install my babies car seat for me into the new vehicle. He even had rubber car mats put in as he knew with 4 kids that was a plus for me.
