I recently traded my 2000 Volvo S70 for a 2013 Volvo C30-R. My S70 and I have taken care of one another for the last 13 years. When it was time to get into a newer car, I thought about a number of makes and models, but I kept gravitating back to Volvo. I requested some information about trading to a C30 online through the Prestige Volvo’s website. I received a telephone response from Joel Casser the very next day. Soon after, I took a trip to Prestige Volvo and looked at my options with Joel. I left that day having signed a deal that I found both reasonable and exciting. I absolutely loved my experience at Prestige. Everyone was excited for me and extremely helpful and friendly through the entire experience. No one made unreasonable and dishonest promises, just to move me along or twist my arm. Joel answered every one of my questions precisely and addressed all my concerns thoroughly, with professionalism, patience, understanding, and obvious expertise. I felt safe and respected as a customer. I would recommend Prestige Volvo without reservation. More

Most stress free car purchase I've ever had. From the price to the pick up, things were handled with lightening speed and professionally. All handled on the phone from the comfort of my home. I'm still in shock!! Tina was warm , friendly, helpful and patient with my questions and Pat had the finance package ready to go. It took longer to learn about the "bells and whistles" of the car than it did to seal the deal. I know now that a woman can buy a car and get the right color, model and price without being taken advantage of. Thanks! More

Again, we were greeted warmly and with such professionalism that we decided we made the right choice in returning. Todd Garno went out of his way, without any pressure, to assure us of our decision. He carefully explained all the new options in the platinum package. Chris Parada made sure we got the best deal and Pat Masone also walked us carefully through the financial end. They even took care of transferring our car insurance to our new car. In fact, they took care of everything! In three years when our lease is up...God willing....we will be back again to Prestige Volvo! More
It was a pleasure working with Tina and Todd. Both very professional and courteous. Tina handled the whole deal beautifully and the follow up needs (plates etc). Todd was a total rock star, as he was the person "on duty" when I picked up the vehicle. Not only did he spend a tremendous amount of time with me, and explain every feature of the vehicle, but he was also a cool dude & gave up his lunch break to assist me. My only disappointment in the dealership was that the car really had not been detailed properly. Todd did respond appropriately (and apologetically even though it had nothing to do w/him) and he had an employee wipe down the obvious, which I appreciated. But after I left the dealership and really had a chance to inspect the car, see the windows in the light, etc. I could tell that it was not detailed. Vacuumed at best. Granted it was brand new, but since it was the first time I had ever purchased a brand new car I guess my expectation was that it would be immaculate. Overall Prestige Volvo was great to work with and I would recommend them in the future. More

I was looking for a first, used car for my son, and Tina provided an outstanding sale experience. From the initial contact going to the dealer at 5 for a test drive, then negotiation, followed by assisting with the insurance company while the car had a final cleaning/washing so we could leave the store driving and with all the complete paperwork in less than a couple hours. Great job Tina and the Prestige Volvo team. I definitively would recommend this dealer. More

The first time I walked into the Dealership it was a holiday weekend and no one had approached me. Could be the way I was dressed, the time, (close to closing).
