Working with the sales manager Tina was able to get the deal done by presenting our position as buyers and where we felt the value could be increased in the Prestige offering. Right from the moment I entered the dealership i was very well received. Tina was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was coming off of my lease of my 2010 Volvo S-80 and was looking for a XC 60 premier plus R design. As you may be aware the R design is not very eas was coming off of my lease of my 2010 Volvo S-80 and was looking for a XC 60 premier plus R design. As you may be aware the R design is not very easy to find especially in a premier plus. I first went to the dealer I originally leased the car from and after 2 months of me calling them to see if they located the car I decided I needed to go elsewhere. I filled out an online appraisal for my car on prestige Volvos website and in minutes received a personalized video message from Joel introducing himself and what he could do for me. I was so impressed by the message I gave him a call. Joel knew every detail about the car and was very helpful. Once I explained what I wanted he told me to give him until the next morning to find it. Well, he found exactly what I was looking for at the dock in New Jersey. He called me as promised and told me where the car was located. I completed the entire sale with Joel over the phone and in about a half hour and my car was ordered!! He explained to me that the car can be there quickly but most likely about 4 to 5 days. Within two days my car came in. Not only did Joel call me to tell me it was in, but he sent me pictures of the car on the lot!!! Now that is customer service!! I showed up on Saturday to pick up my car, it was pouring rain and they has the car inside so they could show me all the features (great touch). The finance manager had all my paperwork ready and I was done with him in less than 20 minutes!! The deal was EXACTLY what they discussed with my on the phone and not a penny more. The person (Don) who went over the features with me even used his own cell phone to call sirus radio to transfer my subscription from my old car to my new car. I did not at all feel rushed and to be honest if I would have asked 100 more questions I think he would have been happy to answer them. To add to all of this at the very end the owner of the dealership came to shake my hand and thank me, rare to see that these days. Don then provided me with Teddy bears for my children ( a nice surprise) and I was on my way. I am in a very customer focused business and I have not seen anything like this in a long time. I can tell you if everyone in the car business did this they would see their sales numbers sky rocket. I will truly go out of my way to recommend the prestige Volvo team and will certainly return to buy my next Volvo. More

She addressed the questions I had in my email regarding the C70 I was interested in and was able to give an idea of price. Unlike other dealers who sent emails with basic information and then left me to do the work, Tina sent a friendly, personal email that was informative and more professional than any of the others I received. She provide regular and immediate follow-up to my inquiries and questions, but was not the typical pushy car salesperson. While we spoke on the phone as I did with other dealers, Tina was amenable to allowing me to shop on my terms - my work and personal schedule required me to pursue much of my search via email and some phone follow-up. While other dealers either refused to work that way or required that I come in to discuss the car and pricing, Tina was able to do much of this without requiring me to be onsite - it was a great help and relief for me. And best of all, she was able to locate and procure a car that filled my needs (from a limited market) while others didn't want to bother searching ("sorry, we don't have any here"). It was particularly rewarding because she was able to get me the car I wanted at a significantly lower price than other dealers I received quotes from. After I agreed to purchase, the follow-up continued - she worked hard to get the car I ordered in and available to me. She took time to answer any questions I had and vowed to continue to do so even after I drove off the lot. TIna was a pleasure to deal with - diligent, pleasant, helpful. It was a low pressure, focused process for me in making my purchase and I look forward to dealing with Tina as a new owner of a C70. I strongly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a Volvo speak to Tina. More
This is the second Volvo my wife and I purchased at Prestige Volvo in East Hanover and we have had a terrific experience both times with the sales dept., service dept. and over all at this dealer . Outstanding service. Friendly, professional, considerate of customer priorities: I was hesitant to have the transmission replaced due to cost and age of car. Service professional suggested to replace with used transmission with lifetime warranty on the part. That might not be the right solution for everyone but it was for me. Zero issues afterwards. Feels like new. I truly appreciate the outstanding quality of work and customer service Prestige Volvo provides. More

Not only do their service technicians and manager actually explain the issue in an understandable manner, but you really get the feeling that they care about your car and what you are going through. (Especially for someone who is not knowledgable about cars). I recently had a major issue with my car and they kept their word when they said they weren't going to rest until they fixed it. They gave me the confidence and security that my car was in good hands and that they would help me through the major issue it was experiencing. Jay and his team are the best around, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! They have made me a Prestige Volvo customer for life! More
