I had a scheduled appointment for service on Saturday 2/22 at 8 am. I cannot express how impressed I was with Patricia Somerville the Assistant Service Manager. I had a great experience working with Tina. First of all she responded to my initial email in under 10 minutes which impressed me. She really helped me make a big decision to lease my 2014 S60.
