Jay Rosen at Prestige Volvo took me under his wing and accommodated service for my car right away. He put my mind at ease and treated me with customer service that I've never experienced before! As a mom who drives a Volvo for the safety reputation, my main concern was getting the issues resolved quickly so that I could drive my 2 year old son around without worry. Jay and his team fully understood that and made sure to fit us in and get the job done- even though we leased from someone else.
