She was the only person there I spoke with, and she was the most helpful and pleasant car dealer I've come across. She was wonderful to work with, and had answers to all my questions. Because of her, we will definitely go back to Prestige Volvo when it's time for our next car. It's a wonderful thing to feel that the dealer is trying to help you instead of trying to take advantage of you -- very highly recommended! More
Great Experience I just bought my first Volvo from Prestige. I had originally intended to simply go in and look around and maybe take a test drive, not to make a purch I just bought my first Volvo from Prestige. I had originally intended to simply go in and look around and maybe take a test drive, not to make a purchase. However, Deborah Amster-Smith convinced me otherwise. She was incredibly knowledgable and experienced with Volvos, and took extra care to insure that I understood every facet of my new S60. She stressed the importance of coming to her with questions at any time after the purchase, and really made me feel like I was in good hands. I would also like to comment on Pat Masone, who was a delight to work with when it came to financing and paperwork. I would recommend Prestige Volvo to absolutely anyone looking for a car. More

Prestige Volvo and Patricia Summerville in particular, were very understanding of our goal. She was patient as I did my usual 25 questions about each service, and did her best to get us the right service for us (versus pushing only "standard" services as some dealerships do ). Very nice, very professional and patient. The service manager there, Jay Rosen, has been very helpful to us as well, personally helping us diagnose issues, and, arranging for assistance from Volvo headquarters on repairs. Great dealership. She was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable about the car, and not pushy. My husband was able to negotiate the purchase price of the new car and our trade-in with no hassles at all. Our overall buying experience was so easy, we almost think it's too good to be true! (Previous car buying experience in another dealer was horrible.) Tina took care of all our concerns, and even made the extra effort to install our license plates when the registration documents arrived several weeks later. More

Our former sales rep had retired so we were introduced to Deborah Amster-Smith, who took us through the available inventory and helped us find the car we liked. Deborah was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the various models we were considering and worked with us for a couple of hours going through how each model might fit into our family's lifestyle. We liked an XC60 that was listed as a demonstrator. We came to what we felt was a good deal. taking advantage of several Volvo-offered incentives, including five years of worry free maintenance. In picking up the car, Deborah had it well prepared and spent 90 minutes with us making sure that the electronics, sound, nav system and the like were ready to go. She even programmed the Sirius radio system to our taste. I was impressed by her professionalism and customer sensitivity. I also want to commend Pat Masone, the finance manager, who found us an interest rate well below what we expected, saving us hundreds of dollars over the life of our loan. We have had good experiences with Prestige Volvo and look forward to a continued strong relationship. More

Lindsey Mastroianni had me test drive a new 2015 S60 and was extremely knowledgable on the new model and reminded me why I loved my S60 to begin with. She made the experience of leasing another Volvo very easy and comfortable. I recommend going to see her along with Joel Casser who was able to get my everything I wanted in my new car and actually caring about me as a customer. Deborah is Great I came into Prestige Volvo with my cousin on a whim. Volvos had been suggested several times over, but I wasn't really interested. Prestige Volvo, specifically, is where my cousin would get her Volvo serviced when she lived in the area and she remembered how great their service was and suggested we check them out. We walked in, and we met Deborah. Knowledgeable, friendly, warm, professional Deborah. A woman about her business but also understanding in what it means to provide a great car shopping experience. I'd been dreading car shopping and pushed it off until the last possible minute (I was in a rental car). Had I known about Deborah, I would have had my new S60 a lot sooner. For over a week, I was on a rollercoaster with an Audi dealership after putting down a deposit only to get fed up and obviously just ask for my deposit back. Frustrated with having to start all over again in my car search, I was 100% skeptical walking into Prestige Volvo. Meeting Deborah alleviated all of that frustration. She took her time to talk with and answer any questions from my family who were also apart of the experience. And before I drove away, I had the most thorough orientation on my car. She even set up my radio stations and taught me how to "memorize" my seat. As she put it, she set up my car "just like I would set up my own car," insisting that I understood all the safety features and its importance. I am grateful my cousin convinced me to stop in and even more THANKFUL that Deborah took the time to simply introduce herself. She is truly a wonderful sales consultant and person. As I told Deborah, I am now a Volvo lifer for sure and the brand has her to thank for that. More

Tina Bilokin got in touch with us and was very helpful and patient in helping us learn more about the XC70, its options, its pricing, and its reliability. She was very courteous throughout the process and answered every question we had on the car and the lease. It didn't feel like a stereotypical car salesman was trying to push a car on us. It felt more like a friendly negotiation at a local yard sale. After we agreed on the price, we drove down to Prestige Volvo and signed the confirmation order. Tina kept us updated on the status of the car over the next few days, and once the car came in, we made an appointment to sign the paperwork and get an overview of the car. I was surprised that Tina spent over an hour describing the entire car and its features to myself and my inpatient father. I really appreciated that overview. Its something that most car salesmen never do. It felt like a very personalized experience. I knew the car pretty well when I left the dealership and didn't feel like I had to spend the first month learning about the car. Tina followed up after we took the car home and told me to call her anytime I had issues or questions with the car. The Safe and Sound program and the first month lease discount were great incentives as well in terms of getting us to lease the car, along with the safety record, the cargo space, and all wheel drive. Overall, a great expeience getting the car. The car does eat a bit of gas, but all the other positives more than make up for it. Overall, a great expeience and a great car. I would recommend Tina, Prestige Volvo, and the XC70 to anyone looking for a family friendly car with a great buying experience. More
