Great and easy buying experience I recently purchased a used Volvo C70 convertible. I went to the dealership late in the afternoon and met with Todd Garno. I originally purchased a C7 I recently purchased a used Volvo C70 convertible. I went to the dealership late in the afternoon and met with Todd Garno. I originally purchased a C70 that had higher miles and less expensive than the 2 others they did have in stock. It was a quick and easy deal. Maybe an hour! Since it was late in the day they had to prep the car the next day. After contemplating overnight I decided to purchase one of the cars that had less mileage and the balance of a warranty. I rushed to the dealership the next morning so they did not begin to prep the first car. I sat and spoke with Todd again and the General Mgr Matt Haiken and within 1 hour all papers were signed and credit approved. The car was prepped that day and when I went back to pick the car up I spent time with Todd reviewing all the features of the car and I took it home. The car was prepped perfectly. Kudos to the service dept. After reading the manual I still had some questions on the radio and I went back the next day and met with Jay Rosen the service mgr. He kindly went over the few questions I had and we were all set. Now we have all heard some stories about how harrowing buying a car could be. Not that way with Prestige. I would highly recommend them. In a nutshell - Knowledgeable and fair! More

Tina was knowledgeable of every feature of the vehicle that we became interested in (the XC60). When the exact features we were looking for (we were pretty picky) were not available on the lot, Tina quickly researched and obtained the exact vehicle we wanted. Tina and Chris Frangipane sat down with us and gave us a very fair price and the highest value for our trade-in of all the dealerships that we had visited. I reached out to multiple Volvo dealerships in NJ via email (I was in CA at the time, preparing for my move to NJ). Tina @ Prestige responded very promptly, professionally and in the end, actively sought out my car (she didn't have my color preference in stock) from another dealership just to get my business. I thought the price was pretty reasonable too. She was so genuinely friendly over email and in-person when I picked up the car-- probably one of the easiest car purchase experiences I've had in a long time. The other dealerships were slow to respond or asked me redundant questions re: what I was looking for, and ultimately wasted my time. Thanks, Tina for going the extra step for me! More

She was very knowledgeable with the Volvo brand and competitive brands too. The finance part was easier than I expected thanks to Pat Masone. Debrah Amster - Exceeded our expectations Normally when enter a dealership, your are treated Royally until you sign the contract. Well, not at Prestige Volvo. Debra had followed up with us and kept us informed as our car was being manufactured in Sweden. 8 weeks later when we went to pick up our car, we were met with a pleasant surprise. Volvo had a $ 1000 promotion and Debra was able to get us this offer even though we had a signed contract. But that was not all, Debra spent more than two hours explaining every little detail about the car. Debra's dedication went well beyond our expectations. On three ocations, My wife called Debra to inquire about some of the features and options. Debrah invited my wife to the dealership and spent 1-2 hours each time. We parked my husbands old on the job car because we were also running errands for his business,I promise this is relevant info. because I believe the sales lady Debbie saw the car we drove in & assumed we were wanting to trade in & finance. Little did she know we were paying cash! I ask the price of one of the XC70's they had ( they had very poor selection ),she never did tell me the price instead she ask me what I WANTED to pay ( NOT Willing if done right) I gave her a # I thought was good for a used car,a little low yes but Im wanting to negotiate,right?Debbie was not friendly @ all in rushing us off,getting our number for a call back she never made & rudely explaining why they dont negotiate their prices. We left aggravated,the next day dreading another experience like that we went to Smythe Volvo in Summit NJ & WOW What A Difference!! Large selection,friendly professional service. They were able to explain their pricing policy MUCH better than Debbie @ Prestige! We left in a 2013 Volvo XC70 paid cash. No trade in,No Finance!!! Do Not Go To Prestige!!!!! And the number I quoted Debbie wasnt that low either. I know the price of a Volvo or I would not have been there. They need a Much better sales team!! More
