Everyone in the service department is helpful, but I would like to commend Patricia Sommerville for her incredible professionalism, expertise, dedication and friendliness. Patricia always seems to go above and beyond to help customers and she is always smiling, no matter what sort of challenges she may be facing. I can go to a service shop closer to my home, but I prefer going out of my way to Prestige because of their unparalleled service. More
Fabulous Service at Prestige Volvo (esp. Jay Rosen) Jay Rosen and his team at Prestige Volvo were terrific. They got my car in, diagnosed the transmission, and repaired it quickly. Jay also went above and beyond by making the repair more comprehensive yet much more cost-effective than going to the local transmission repair shops. What more could you ask? I am more than happy with my experience at Prestige Volvo due to the expertise and great customer service of Jay and his team (including Patricia Sommerville - who also deserves an honorable mention). Outstanding Service Today at 6:30am, my car decided to make an awful noise. Not wanting to risk breaking down, I took my partners car to drop off the kids at school. On Today at 6:30am, my car decided to make an awful noise. Not wanting to risk breaking down, I took my partners car to drop off the kids at school. On my way home I was dreading the extra work of waiting for the tow truck, and worse yet, wondering when I would get my car back. It was only reasonable to expect it wouldn't be looked at today. After running a few errands I called Prestige and spoke to Jay, much to my surprise the car was already on the lift. An hour later I received a call that the car was ready to be picked up. Ugh. It would have to wait a day until I could arrange a ride. Again to my surprise, Jay offered to have it dropped off. When I returned from home, there it was cleaner than when it was towed away. I couldn't have been more satisfied. More
Great Customer Service!!! I was referred to go to this location by a Family Member who works in Volvo's Marketing department. So my husband and I went and for some reason were I was referred to go to this location by a Family Member who works in Volvo's Marketing department. So my husband and I went and for some reason weren't as excited about the S60 T5 AWD as we thought we would be. I didn't care for the look and my Husband didn't enjoy the performance. When we explained our concerns to Chris, he immediately suggested for us to look into the S60 R-Design in order to please both of our needs. And OMG when we did, it was like a dream come true! He along with the owner worked with us on the price and were available at all times to speak to us! Chris made things as convenient as possible for us. We didn't feel pressured at all. Once we purchased the car, Tina was the encyclopedia of Volvo who showed us all and each feature of the car. She was so patient with us and even took pictures of me with my old and new car :) Since then, she has been available at all times to answer any question I have via text or phone. This is a great dealership to work with! More

Called her back to make arrange me my to meet her and pick up my vehicle. Day of picking up my vehicle we did the return of my previous Volvo and picked up my new vehicle and in about two hours was on my way. That's what I call service. More

Botched the job and fished for extra work - not going back Took my sedan to Prestige this summer to get some exterior lights fixed. It was my first (and last) visit. When the service rep (Bob Knott) called t Took my sedan to Prestige this summer to get some exterior lights fixed. It was my first (and last) visit. When the service rep (Bob Knott) called to update me on the work he reported not one but three other issues which needed to be addressed asap. One item would have involved putting my car up on a lift to diagnose. And for two of the three items he went on to explain how something else might be found or needed in the repair process. I tuned out after he said the brake fluid was bad. It was changed 15 miles before I got to Prestige by my trusted mechanic. Did my guy screw up the brake fluid change – maybe, but I doubt it. There was no explanation about why they even looked at my car beyond what I asked them to do. Maybe I would have felt better if they said they did a thorough courtesy check on the house because it was my first visit. Did they think I was a car neophyte or a nervous nellie? Unfortunately, not only did they come off as dishonest by fishing for work to be done, but also they didn’t even fix the bulb I specifically asked them to look at! Yep that’s right. So I had to go back again. All I got from Bob was “that’s weird”. No apology for wasting my time having to go back. At least when I went back the second time at the time slot I requested they took me right away and I was in and out. There seems to be a cultural issue at Prestige about service that’s just slightly off. They have service reps highlight “outstanding” on your invoice and inquire about whether you are getting a high service level. But it seems almost like bullying when they know most people won’t actually respond to say well you could have done this or that better. Kind of like a retail store with a tip jar in huge letters but yet they have a few surly employees who think any average interaction should result in some money coming their way. Guys this should have been a pretty simple transaction. All I asked you to do was check out a few light bulbs and you managed to leave a very bad impression. Not going back. More
