Prestige Volvo is exactly how every dealership should operate. I searched their online inventory to find very fair pricing. I was put in touch with Deborah who was an incredibly attentive and kind sales representative. Deborah never pressured me into a sale and took the time to review all important aspects of purchasing a Volvo. She never once made me feel like she needed to make a sale or that I wasn't worth her time. She spent time to understand my situation and make recommendations as to which car was appropriate. Right from the start she provided me with her personal cell phone and was comfortable with me sending her text messages asking questions pretty much anytime a question popped into my head. When I finally did purchase a car Prestige secured me an excellent rate and had the process completed seamlessly and smoothly in as efficiently as possible. I'm not from East Hanover, I actually live an hour away, however, I would gladly drive back to East Hanover for my next purchase and would specifically ask to work with Deborah. I know this review might sound too glowing to be true, however, the experience was exceptional and I assure you that I would refer all of my friends/colleagues to work with Deborah in the future! At no point did I feel like I was getting a "sell" and I felt that the negotiation process from initial offer to accepted offer was fair and quick. Signing the paperwork was also a breeze. The best part was that there were no hidden surprises or add on's at the end...everything was already included in the price discussed, which made the process that much more simple and transparent. Shady service center Purchased my 2010 XC70 from Prestige Volvo (New) and have had most of the included service and warranty work performed here. I found the workmanship a Purchased my 2010 XC70 from Prestige Volvo (New) and have had most of the included service and warranty work performed here. I found the workmanship and customer service to be pretty poor since my vehicle required several return visits for the same problem (excessive road noise and wheel vibration) Prestige kept trying to sell me on tire rotation ($35) but the problem turned out to be a bad wheel bearing and defective drive axle (corrected by one visit to another volvo dealer) I have also had a similar problem with the tire pressure monitoring system and brakes. Prestige never fixed the problems correctly and now that my warranty has expired I'm stuck with the bill. I will never return to Prestige Volvo in East Hanover nor will I ever own another Volvo. More

Excellent ALl the WAY I work as a Nanny and my family bought the car that I drive from this place. WHenever I take that car to service it, they are so very nice. Because of this I decided to buy myself a car from them when my Ford broke down. They were so sweet, Deb even let me use her card to pay for Car Insurance over phone because I only had cash on me. The finance manager was the icing on the cake. He was so honest and willing to help me anyway he could. My credit sucked too! I got a great deal and they were so nice to me the entire time. I am 28 years old and I will be buying my cars there for the rest of my life! More

I was a bit uncertian about the car buying process, considering this would be my first car purchase, h I had a wonderful experience at Prestige Volvo! I was a bit uncertian about the car buying process, considering this would be my first car purchase, however I was so pleased with my overall experience! After being shown several options within my price range, which granted wasn't very large, Deborah somehow managed to find not one, but several viable options. At the end of the process, Deborah got me into a beautiful S40! Not only that, she and the maintenance team thought of every potential problem, and addressed it before I even drove the car off of the lot. In conclusion, I would certainly recommend Deborah and the rest of the staff at Prestige to anyone in the market for a car! More
