Over the years, our family has purchased 4 and leased 1 Volvo from Prestige Volvo in East Hanover. My experience these past few days dealing with the service center can only be described as incredibly disappointing with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When initially dropping my car off the night before, it was if I was bothering the service representatives. The next day I waited patiently for a phone call to inform me of “what the problem is” but no phone call was received. I had to call 4 times in order to obtain any information. Finally, I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car. They were going to keep the car overnight which was fine so again the next day I waited for a phone call to let me know “what was wrong” and again no phone call. I called multiple times, being put on hold, getting answering machines and again finally when I became annoyed I was transferred to Bill. He did not have any answers for me, they couldn’t find anything wrong and “would call me right back” 3 hours later, still no call, I called again only getting voice mails of multiple service representatives. Finally calling again, I was able to speak with Jay, who was sincerely apologetic however they were still not able find what the matter with my car was as “no codes” came up and on test drives no difficulties were found. Would a phone call to let me know that they still couldn’t find a problem be an unreasonable request especially since less than 6 weeks before we spent a large sum of money on routine maintenance? I can understand in this day of technology not being able to troubleshoot the problem without a code being displayed but what I can’t understand is the profound lack of consideration and poor customer service. The courtesy of a phone call would have made all the difference. More

I was given a fair valve for my trade-in and any issues I had with my new (pre-owned)purchase were dealt with a "We Owe" slip that I'll use when I have the vehicle in for service.. Pat Masone the Business Manager got me an excellent finance rate and explained the additional coverage I should consider buying to avoid any costly repairs in the future. With his recommendations I believe I made a great purchase. I hope my buying experience is matched by the service department in the future. More

Sleazy Drove over hr and half each way to find out 2 cars (2013) i was told were there 2 hours before were gone.
