I'm not sure if it is the dealership culture or it is Debra Amster? Debra had followed up with us and kept us informed as our car was being manufactured in Sweden. 8 weeks later when we went to pick up our car, we were met with a pleasant surprise. Volvo had a $ 1000 promotion and Debra was able to get us this offer even though we had a signed contract. But that was not all, Debra spent more than two hours explaining every little detail about the car. Debra's dedication went well beyond our expectations. On three ocations, My wife called Debra to inquire about some of the features and options. Debrah invited my wife to the dealership and spent 1-2 hours each time. We parked my husbands old on the job car because we were also running errands for his business,I promise this is relevant info. because I believe the sales lady Debbie saw the car we drove in & assumed we were wanting to trade in & finance. Little did she know we were paying cash! I ask the price of one of the XC70's they had ( they had very poor selection ),she never did tell me the price instead she ask me what I WANTED to pay ( NOT Willing if done right) I gave her a # I thought was good for a used car,a little low yes but Im wanting to negotiate,right?Debbie was not friendly @ all in rushing us off,getting our number for a call back she never made & rudely explaining why they dont negotiate their prices. We left aggravated,the next day dreading another experience like that we went to Smythe Volvo in Summit NJ & WOW What A Difference!! Large selection,friendly professional service. They were able to explain their pricing policy MUCH better than Debbie @ Prestige! We left in a 2013 Volvo XC70 paid cash. No trade in,No Finance!!! Do Not Go To Prestige!!!!! And the number I quoted Debbie wasnt that low either. I know the price of a Volvo or I would not have been there. They need a Much better sales team!! More

Jay took the situation in hand and managed the repair with the insurance company, and he made certain that I was well represented with the insurance company to ensure that my car was fixed to Volvo standards. Jay is an extraordinary advocate, customer representative and a man of his word. If Jay says he'll get something done, it gets done. He is a man of his word and quality work. More

I was wrong. I was treated like I'm stupid by the service team. They came up with an absurd estimate for the simplest job and then treated me awful when I questioned it. If you are looking for an honest and respectable dealership to service your car keep looking. Based on the last several reviews on this site it seems this dealership needs to be looked at and evaluated. More

We found our experience with Deborah Amster at Prestige Volvo to be quite refreshing. We were not pressured to buy anything (unlike some other dealers of other brands we test drove cars at.) She was informative and stayed late one night to help us. She stayed in contact with us throughout the process. She was engaging when we test drove the car and was interested in us as people. The best car buying experience we've had. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking at Volvos in our area. More

I met Todd Garno and we inspected the car together where I noticed the car had brand new tires. Todd told me they put new tires and brakes on their used vehicles so there's "no excuses", which is a clever and inventive way to raise the value of the car (and dealership). Pleased with the car, we landed on a price both parties found agreeable and here is where Prestige Volvo really impresses- I've purchased many cars for myself, family members and friends, and always dread the time it takes from after a deal is made to actually leaving the dealership. This is the fastest completion of paperwork from handshake to handshake I've ever experienced. Everyone involved in the sale (and even some not) was extremely friendly and professional including Tina Bilokin, who referred me to Todd, and Pat Masone, who quickly got me financed, signed, and on my way. This is the type of dealership that treats their clients with care and respect. More
Poor customer service! Our car is less then 1 year old factory guaranteed bumper to bumper. A small part of the exterior door handle fell off in November2014. A women from the service dept. told me it was not under warranty. They told me I would have to pay for it, it was a $34.00 part. I had to get my husband involved. He tried calling the owner, Mr. Lenny Hankin, the women answering the phone refused to put him through. They referred me to the service manager, Jay Rosen's voicemail. I had to call back a second time for him to respond. He explained to me the $ 34.00 part does not just fall off. He insinuated we abused i to make that happen. My 2014 XC6 has keyless entry which is always used to enter the car. Weeks pasted did not hear that the part was in, my husband had to reach out to Jay Rosen if the part was in. It was. No one ever contacted us about the status. When we took the car in for the part and service the car was returned to us not washed. When we leased the car, the sales manager told us any time we bring the car for service it would be washed. IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO HAVE TO CALL THE OWNER AND GET THE SERVICE MANAGER INVOLVED TO ARGUE OVER A $34.00 PART! More

She was exceptionally responsive, very knowledgeable, friendly, and yet quite professional. She represents an asset to Prestige as a relationship-builder someone one otherwise no longer finds in the automotive industry. We went through numerous dealerships (several makes) before we found Prestige. Working with Tina, we ended up buying two cares in stead of one; spending "a little bit" more money than we had expected, while leaving truly satisfied with the entire buying experience I will highly recommend Tina and Prestige Volvo.. The significant "in-sales-work" Andy Mucci (who is my neighbor) did, should also be mentioned. Andy enthusiastically talked about the 2015 Volvo V60 as he anticipated this would be the kind of car I would be looking for. I ended up getting one, and one S60 for my wife!! More
