Great experience We had been dealing with a sales person over the course of a year and when we returned to the dealership ready to make our purchase, PJ Lee stepped in We had been dealing with a sales person over the course of a year and when we returned to the dealership ready to make our purchase, PJ Lee stepped in to provide assistance (since the other individual was not available). PJ was more concerned about our needs than making sure that the other sales person received credit for the sale. He asked the appropriate probing questions to acsertain our needs and did a great job 'steering' us by providing just enough information. Once we narrowed our options, he gave a great overview of the features and options for the vehicles we were considering . . . it was better than reading a brochure or going on line to determine what the cars offered. Throughout the transaction, PJ was very patient, polite and respectful, never making us feel uncomfortable. If you are in the market for a Volvo, I would highly recommend PJ Lee as someone you can trust and feel comfortable buying from. More

Awesome doesn't even come close I just picked up my new 2015 S60. I have been driving around in a 2013 S60 for the past two years. The 2013 is a great car, don't get me wrong, but a I just picked up my new 2015 S60. I have been driving around in a 2013 S60 for the past two years. The 2013 is a great car, don't get me wrong, but a few minutes in the 2015 blows it away. Amazing new features. The apps, satellite radio, wifi are all welcome additions. Voice control is neat, navigation is nice too. The all wheel drive gives the car superior control. 250 horsepower, fantastic pick up, thank you mam..I have owned an Infiniti, Ford Fusion, and BMW- this car is far and away light years beyond those vehicles. Best car I've ever driven. Then you get to the service- Tina Bilokin is the best dealer I've ever worked with. She is honest and extremely down to earth. You just know that she cares about making the customer happy. She is a really hard worker. Super knowledgable. I will work with Tina anytime.. I am starting my own company, and she is the benchmark in what I would want in an employee. I think my family wants to adopt her. Very cool person- you will want to buy her a drink because she is that likable! Overall- an amazing experience at Prestige. Go seek Tina out- you will not be disappointed. More
Fraudulent / Dishonest / Unprofessional I purchased a used, 2006 Volvo S40 from this establishment on 3/21/15 and experienced a multitude of service and integrity issues which are listed bel I purchased a used, 2006 Volvo S40 from this establishment on 3/21/15 and experienced a multitude of service and integrity issues which are listed below: 1. Vehicle was fraudulently listed as having 52k miles. After purchasing the vehicle, I recognized that it actually had 57k miles (a difference of 10%). Kelley Blue Book values the difference at $250. The dealership refused to compensate me for this difference. When I called them about this I was told “It must have been a typo”…how convenient 2. Vehicle only came with one key (as opposed to the typically two keys, especially considering that it was purchased from a Volvo dealership). This was not revealed to me until after I signed the paperwork to purchase the vehicle. The manager of the store committed to sending us a 2nd key which never occurred, nor would he respond to my follow-up. When I called about this I was told “You can’t expect two keys with a car that is 10 years old”…Really? 3. The dealership was supposed to send us our license plate and registration within 15 days which is when the temp tags expired. We did not receive the plate and registration for more than 3 weeks so I was unable to legally drive the car. After multiple inquiries about the missing tags went unanswered, they finally committed to sending me an extension letter, however that never happened. When the tags were finally delivered it was delivered to the wrong address (even though they specifically told me that they would call to confirm the delivery address prior to sending). 4. The owner’s manual was missing which I did not discover until several weeks after the vehicle purchase. The sleeve for the manual was in the glove compartment, but it was filled with other documents in a deceptive manner. 5. Upon receiving letters from various financing companies after purchasing the vehicle, I learned that several financing options were withheld from me. I specifically stated that I wanted to consider a longer-term financing option and was told that 5 years was the longest that any of the lenders would agree to. However, I received an approval letter several weeks later from a lender which offered a 6.5 year term. The only logical explanation for this is a lower kick-back from this lender…Why else would the offer not have been at least presented to me…Totally unprofessional!...When I called about this I was told that “it must not have been a good offer”…That is a decision that is up to me to make; not them More

The dealership itself was clean and well organized. Deborah was a knowledgable sales woman who knew her product and went the extra mile to help customers feel informed. She did a great job providing honest feedback about the product we were purchasing and never once shared negative information about another company's product. Her main objective was to help the customer recognize why her vehicle has earned the reputation that it has. She showed the many features of the vehicle we were inquiring about and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process in terms of product knowledge, pricing, and sales pace. We would work with Deborah Amster exclusively again in the future. When Deborah introduced us to her colleague Pat in finance we came to appreciate his calm and patient manner in providing financial information without rushing us. We highly recommend both the Prestige Volvo dealership of East Hanover and sales agent Deborah Amster. More
