They took care of a scratch that one from the front of the truck all down the length and did a phenomenal job. I got my truck back looking brand new. Jay, the service manager, is extremely helpful and kept me updated on the progress of the truck. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and there was no need for negotiations as the pricing is already good. Each staff member took time with me and my dad like we were the only customers there. I moved out of the state after this purchase and Matthew has gone out of his way to mail my plates and registration to me. I highly recommend going to Prestige Volvo, even if it's out of the way, it's worth it! More

We went back and forth on a few different cars until we landed on a nice low mile 2014 CPO XC60. She was a straight shooter the whole time and we never once felt stressed working with her as we did with different car dealerships. She got us everything we wanted for the price we wanted without some awful drawn out negotiations. The dealership as a whole was great and Tina was the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. Best experience I ever had buying a car! I found the car I was looking for online and when I came to the dealership I met Tina. She has the car already pulled up and ready for a test drive. I loved the car and the route we took was sufficient to get a good feel for the car. Mixed with highway, local, smooth, and bumpy roads. I wasn't able to buy the car the same day due to it being late and awaiting banks approval. I said I would return the next day. We spoke on the phone in the morning and I said I would be there at 5 to get the car. This was literally the fastest and easiest way I have ever bought a car. I was out of there by 5:30 with my new car. I would absolutely recommend Tina to anyone looking to buy a car.
