Shady service center Purchased my 2010 XC70 from Prestige Volvo (New) and have had most of the included service and warranty work performed here. I found the workmanship and customer service to be pretty poor since my vehicle required several return visits for the same problem (excessive road noise and wheel vibration) Prestige kept trying to sell me on tire rotation ($35) but the problem turned out to be a bad wheel bearing and defective drive axle (corrected by one visit to another volvo dealer) I have also had a similar problem with the tire pressure monitoring system and brakes. Prestige never fixed the problems correctly and now that my warranty has expired I'm stuck with the bill. I will never return to Prestige Volvo in East Hanover nor will I ever own another Volvo. More

Because of this I decided to buy myself a car from them when my Ford broke down. They were so sweet, Deb even let me use her card to pay for Car Insurance over phone because I only had cash on me. The finance manager was the icing on the cake. He was so honest and willing to help me anyway he could. My credit sucked too! I got a great deal and they were so nice to me the entire time. I am 28 years old and I will be buying my cars there for the rest of my life! More
Wonderful service, great car! I had a wonderful experience at Prestige Volvo! I was a bit uncertian about the car buying process, considering this would be my first car purchase, h I had a wonderful experience at Prestige Volvo! I was a bit uncertian about the car buying process, considering this would be my first car purchase, however I was so pleased with my overall experience! After being shown several options within my price range, which granted wasn't very large, Deborah somehow managed to find not one, but several viable options. At the end of the process, Deborah got me into a beautiful S40! Not only that, she and the maintenance team thought of every potential problem, and addressed it before I even drove the car off of the lot. In conclusion, I would certainly recommend Deborah and the rest of the staff at Prestige to anyone in the market for a car! More
Amazing Customer Service I had been to Prestige for service on my previous S60 and was in the market for a new one. The service department was wonderful and the closeness of the dealership to my home was perfect for me. I was unsure of their customer service in the selling department until I met Tina! Her time spent with me, my husband and daughter made me realize that this was where I wanted to get my new S60 She walked us through everything with great ease and knowledge and made the experience seamless. She is truly amazing, I couldn't ask for a better salesperson. The finance department was equally stellar! Go to Prestige for your next Volvo, you won't be sorry!! More

She answered all my questions, was super friendly, flexible and explained every aspect of the deal in way that was clear and easy to understand. By the time we got to the dealership (which was less than 24 hours after contact) all we had to do was test drive and sign the contracts as she coordinated the rest (financing, insurance, plates, fees and registration, etc.). Tina (and Matt) made the buying process simple and easy. Tina truly went above and beyond and took the time after we signed to show us the multitude of features the S60 has and make sure we had everything we needed. She followed up afterwards to see how we were doing and make sure we were happy. We got a great deal and I couldn't recommend Tina or the staff at the dealership any higher! More

Saw a 2012 S60 on the lot and reached out to get more information online. Two days later I was driving away in my new certified pre-owned Volvo from Prestige! Was expecting weeks of arduous searching and haggling to find a car I not only could afford but also really liked. I never expected my car search to be so easy! Tina Bilokin was one of the most easy going car dealers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with and made the whole process so simple that I couldn't say no. The whole experience with Tina and Prestige was excellent. No pesky used car salesmen here. Tina and the rest of the Prestige team helped me feel relaxed and welcome and got me the price I wanted for a car I loved. No phony gimmicks, games or hidden fees involved! Hope to have my car for a long time but have definitely been talking up Volvo, Prestige, and Tina Bilokin to all my friends and family. More

Great Experience Had an incredible experience yesterday and today at Prestige - we did a lot of research before selecting a vehicle, a 2013 XC60 T6. It was a great ca Had an incredible experience yesterday and today at Prestige - we did a lot of research before selecting a vehicle, a 2013 XC60 T6. It was a great car at a fantastic price, but just a little out of our price range. We could have actually gone for it, but we met with Tina and she offered to show us a 2011 XC60 R Design - almost identical car to the 2013 but with a few extras the normal T6 doesn't come with, and because it was an older model with a few extra miles it was just at the price we were comfortable with. All in all we got more than the car that we wanted at the perfect price. Tina was incredibly knowledgeable about both cars that we test drove, she could answer any questions we had instantly. She was easy to talk to and made our visit very enjoyable, after spending a considerable amount of time with us test driving two vehicles and asking a bunch of questions, we told her we'd think it over and let her know. The whole visit was very professional, there was absolutely no pressure at all and we walked away from the test drive very happy. We made the decision overnight to buy, and obtained a great APR from my bank to finance the purchase. That morning Tina and Joel were able to put together an option even better than my bank and by the afternoon we were driving away with the car we wanted financed at a great rate, and for a fantastic price. Believe what you read in other reviews as well, she was quick to respond to emails, texts and phone calls - we had a genuine feeling that she was there for us throughout the process. We'll be returning to Prestige in the future, no doubt about it, and I would highly recommend working with Tina to anyone who asks! More

The team from the reception to the responsiveness and most importantly, the work are completely professional and a pleasure to work with. Most recently had a crack develop in windshield with no detectable point of impact. Jay Rosen, Service Manager, looked at it right away and agreed that it was under warranty. This was with no hassel!! He was wonderful. Schedule appoints is made easy as is the shuttle provided after dropping off the car and for pick-up. This last time, they even drove the directly car to us! As a result of their servicing all under the 50,000 mile warranty so far, I will continue to trust them after the car maintenance is out of our pocket :) Cannot say enough about these folks and the honest, professional, excellent work they do and how they treat their customers as customers!!!! More
