Ran into Mike Oscata in the parking lot and asked about a few cars. He had customers but did his best to answer. Decided to come back when it was less busy and dealt with him to lease our XC60. What a pleasant experience! Today I had my XC60 serviced for an oil change, tire balance, and wheel alignment. When I brought it in I explained that I thought one of the rear Today I had my XC60 serviced for an oil change, tire balance, and wheel alignment. When I brought it in I explained that I thought one of the rear wheels was out of balance at high speeds. (The wheels were balanced a week earlier by a tire installer). The tech found that all four of the wheels were out: rear off by 20G, passenger front off by 10G, and driver front off by 15G. Now it drives so amazingly smooth! The wheel alignment, which I thought was probably fine since the old tires were pretty even, came with a report showing the “before” and “after” alignment showed that it was off a little on the inside “toe” of the tires, where you wouldn’t notice the uneven wear. Again, the tech adjusted it perfectly. The service advisor; Kelwin, was really nice, informative, and fun to speak with. On my drive home from the dealership, my car drove like a new car. We have three cars (all different makes) in our immediate family, and I can say with out a doubt, that this dealership has the best service department of all of them. They care, and they are honest. Thank you Kelwin, Jay, (I wish I knew the technicians name to include here) and Prestige Volvo! More
