Initially, I misunderstood the necessity for a recommended & pricey repair & I declined the service. But when I picked up the car, Andy explained the importance of the repair. It was a beautiful, summer Friday evening and I needed the car repaired by early Saturday morning. Instead of leaving on time to begin his weekend, Andy stayed late & worked overtime to ensure the safety & reliability of my aging Volvo. Andy went above & beyond the call of duty to provide my family & me peace of mind while driving our Volvo! More

I was able to close the deal over the phone with absolutely no issues. Mr. Landstrom handled everything for me since I currently live in Florida. Not only am I a Volvo customer for life, I only will shop at and recommend the Prestige Family. Every experience with Prestige has been seamless and I truly feel apart of the family. Not only is the sales side of the business exceptional, the service department is the best I have even been to. I have visited ten plus Volvo dealers in the country as I travel for work weekly. Everyone goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide a no pressure, highly transparent business experience. I highly recommend Prestige! More

worst service ever I took my Volvo in for an oil change. Not only was the oil filter not changed but I left with ABS brake issues. They offered to fix it at full price I took my Volvo in for an oil change. Not only was the oil filter not changed but I left with ABS brake issues. They offered to fix it at full price (of course) but did not offer to diagnose the issue without charge. Note that I did not have any lights or issues before entering the dealership. They also left all of the trash in the car from the service appointment. Extremely unprofessional and worst service ever. More
worst place ever I took my car for service there today and NOT only was the oil filter NOT changed but the service manager, JAY ROSEN, called me on my cell phone HARAS I took my car for service there today and NOT only was the oil filter NOT changed but the service manager, JAY ROSEN, called me on my cell phone HARASSING me. My car went into the dealership with absolutely no problems and was due for an oil change. Now my brake light is on, an OLD oil filter is on my car, and the ABS light is on. In addition to that I received a harassing call from JAY ROSEN. He called me and when I asked for his boss' name, he said that he was the one to speak to. I said who is the general manager (which I later learned and left a message for Matthew Haiken but have not heard back from yet). He claimed that he did not have one and refused to provide his name. Not only was it a botch job that sabotaged my vehicle in order to get more business, but then trying to cover his tracks on top of it. Go to a real dealer if you need a Volvo. This place is the worst. More

They made sure I got EXACTLY the car I wanted, unlike other dealers who tried to steer me to other vehicles. Lindsey Mastroianni is amazing - she spent a ton of time explaining all of the vehicle's features, answered any questions, etc. All around great experience. More
