Excellent customer service Beside the extraordinary treatment I received purchasing my new XC70 a few months ago (and years of fine service with four prior Volvos), Prestige's s Beside the extraordinary treatment I received purchasing my new XC70 a few months ago (and years of fine service with four prior Volvos), Prestige's service department again outdid itself. I was involved in a crash just six weeks after having bought the car, had it repaired at a non-Volvo body shop, and drove off thinking all was fine. Turned out the body shop had cut corners so that my insurance company had to reopen the claim for additional work by the same shop. Still feeling that something was wrong, I finally brought it to Prestige for diagnosis. They found and fixed the problems and downloaded all the necessary software to ensure my car would operate as it had when new (which it now does). Best of all, they drafted the invoice so as to make clear the problems were "all related to impact from accident" so that I had no trouble getting reimbursement from my insurer. More

She planned the presentation of the VolvoXC60 2014 placing a huge bow on the front and a Teddy bear at the wheel. It was such a surprise my niece started crying. She had no idea. Then Debra took personal interest in teaching my niece how to operate all the digital technology in the car. Told her to come back for a second training. She gave her two separate classes on her Volvo and told her to call her with questions etc. I love my dealership and will be buying the next Volvo here soon! Debra's the best. First class! More

The staff members in this facility are not just welcoming but very professional. They truly help out. In addition, the facility is very clean and well maintained. Deborah helped me review their inventory to find the best match with regards to model, color and vehicle options. It turned out they had the exact color XC60 that I had been searching for with little luck elsewhere and at a substantial savings compared to similar vehicles in my area of the country - the Midwest (OHIO). Deborah made a custom video walking me through each of the areas of the vehicle I needed to see in order to make a buying decision and all in an extremely tight timeframe as I was quickly headed toward an east coast meeting that would facilitate picking the purchase up in route to that scheduled event. I could not be more pleased with the attention I received in helping me make this purchase from such a great distance. I would highly recommend engaging Prestige Volvo in any search that you might have for a new or used Volvo. I left the dealership not only excited about my new car, but also educated on the ability to use all of the features that are inherent with the XC60 - receiving phone calls from friends and family just minutes from leaving the dealership all with the touch of a button on the steering wheel. When I arrived home I knew how to review the trip data stored and analyzed by the car, receive and send calls and access a myriad of other features I would have normally relied on a lengthly owners manual read to do.
