Walking in, we were greeted with smiles, coffee and pastries. This was a change of pace from other dealerships who looked at us like "what are you doing here?". I was mostly concerned for my mother who had been kind enough to lug me around all day finding the right car, and coming here was a relief, as she could relax in a comfortable environment while I looked for my next car. My sales associate, Todd was a great guy, down to earth, not pushy, honest and sincere. After finding the right car, they took great care to ensure everything was up-to-date and safe. All the while Todd kept me in the loop on what the next move is, and what was happening with the car. From start to finish, an incredible experience, definitely would recommend Prestige Volvo to anyone and everyone. Thanks guys. More

She walked me through various low-milage options and gave very good background info, such as accident history. Once we selected one, she encouraged me to take a test drive, even though the car was located several lots away. She then offered a very fair trade-in price on my S-40, which I had previously purchased from Prestige. Once the pick-up day arrived, the card had been been beautifully prepped, and looked brand new inside and out. Deborah had thoughtfully pre-programed various settings in the vehicle, such as the sound EQ and door locking options. She then walked me through all of the high-tech features. I was also impressed that she had disclosed up front that the car did not have a donut spare. Once I voiced concern, she offered various options including having the dealership installing a spare and housing. I truly feel that Prestige and Deborah had my best interest at heart, and strove to provide a very honest and caring sales experience. Highly recommended. Jeff Ralston More

My recent purchase of my new Volvo was by far the best buying experience I ever have with Prestige Volvo. Throughout the entire purchase process, Ron made the customer feel welcomed. Initially, I was pretty much sold to BMW and very skeptical when I stepped into the dealer. It is not only the good product(Volvo S60), but also Ron's excellent service have turn my decision around. Ron greeted me with an enthusiastic and positive altitude first, which I would never forget. I also appreciate how Ron took the time to explain and show me the S60 I was interested although I have not made up my decision 100% yet and was leaning toward a BMW 3 series. Ron is not like any other car salesman that I have met before; of course he sells car, but I also felt he would care more how customer feel and think. I felt Ron would want customer to have a better understanding the product and of course like the car in the first place before anything else. I know for a fact that this recent Volvo purchase will definitely not be my last Volvo. As long as Ron still work around as a Volvo salesman in the future, I already know who am I gonna go to for my next Volvo purchase. She quickly identified my needs, was patient while I test drove a few different cars, then worked with me to finalize my deal and purchase. I had no intention of actually purchasing on that particular day, but once I drove the V60CC, I knew it was what I wanted and Deborah made it happen! I left in my new vehicle, and Deborah even followed up with me several times to make sure that I understood all that Volvo had to offer! We had a older 94 dodge to trade in. They gave us a fair trade in value and a good price for the 2015 infiniti. We tried to purchase this type of car at a different dealership.... as a mater of fact, it had about 1500 more miles on it. And yet... Prestige Volvo gave us a better deal. They really wanted our business. Had a long chat with Matthew Haiken, the owner of Prestige Volve, and discover that my dad had purchased 2 cars from them in the past. I definitely would buy from them again. Very good experience. More
