worst service ever I took my Volvo in for an oil change. Not only was the oil filter not changed but I left with ABS brake issues. They offered to fix it at full price I took my Volvo in for an oil change. Not only was the oil filter not changed but I left with ABS brake issues. They offered to fix it at full price (of course) but did not offer to diagnose the issue without charge. Note that I did not have any lights or issues before entering the dealership. They also left all of the trash in the car from the service appointment. Extremely unprofessional and worst service ever. More

My car went into the dealership with absolutely no problems and was due for an oil change. Now my brake light is on, an OLD oil filter is on my car, and the ABS light is on. In addition to that I received a harassing call from JAY ROSEN. He called me and when I asked for his boss' name, he said that he was the one to speak to. I said who is the general manager (which I later learned and left a message for Matthew Haiken but have not heard back from yet). He claimed that he did not have one and refused to provide his name. Not only was it a botch job that sabotaged my vehicle in order to get more business, but then trying to cover his tracks on top of it. Go to a real dealer if you need a Volvo. This place is the worst. More
