Regarding Prestige Volvo, I would have liked to see the managers have some willingness to work with me on price, but it is what it is. They also seemed to drag their feet on sending documentation after they pushed for a decision and I agreed to move forward with the purchase. Still waiting on post-purchase paperwork for the CPO report and extended warranty - will feel closure on the process after I receive those. More
