Ron Landstrom my Salesperson really narrowed down what features I wanted and put me in an S60 that worked perfectly for me. As a Public Entity Risk Manager my entire career is based on safety and minimizing risk. That is what my Volvo does for me. I was recently at a conference with other Risk Managers in NJ and when others saw my S60 and said why do you a Volvo? My response was that I am a Risk Manager, how could I drive anything else! The sales person Tina knew everything about the car from top to bottom. She knew every setting and was so patient with my endless questions. I tried to absorb everything she told me but if I missed something I'm sure she will be willing to go over it again. I got a great price and no pressure at all to buy something extra like my last time with buying at another dealership. The car was ready when promised and the paperwork was quick and I even got a loan below what I was told when I signed the deal. Outstanding customer service !
