Great experience! I have been shopping around for a Volvo and submitted my request to Prestige Volvo. I received a quick response from Lindsey Mastroianni followed by a phone call with many detailed questions. Within a day I have received a complete breakdown of the car price with monthly payments, etc. I have bought many cars and I have never seen anything as detailed and straightforward as Lindsey provided to me. After a few more emails regarding my trade in (which they have not seen) we have agreed on the price for my trade in and Volvo price without me stepping into the dealership. We have agreed on the day and time for me to come in, sign papers and pickup my new car. When I came in, all the paperwork was already completed, car was prepped, and car appraisal (confirmation) was done in minutes. Paperwork signing was done in less than 15 minutes out of which 10 minutes was just general chit chat. Most of the time was spent going over all the car features and functionality. As I said before, I have bought many cars in my lifetime but this was by far the easiest and best experience I have had buying a new car. Thank you Lindsey! Walking in, we were greeted with smiles, coffee and pastries. This was a change of pace from other dealerships who looked at us like "what are you doing here?". I was mostly concerned for my mother who had been kind enough to lug me around all day finding the right car, and coming here was a relief, as she could relax in a comfortable environment while I looked for my next car. My sales associate, Todd was a great guy, down to earth, not pushy, honest and sincere. After finding the right car, they took great care to ensure everything was up-to-date and safe. All the while Todd kept me in the loop on what the next move is, and what was happening with the car. She walked me through various low-milage options and gave very good background info, such as accident history. Once we selected one, she encouraged me to take a test drive, even though the car was located several lots away. She then offered a very fair trade-in price on my S-40, which I had previously purchased from Prestige. Once the pick-up day arrived, the card had been been beautifully prepped, and looked brand new inside and out. Deborah had thoughtfully pre-programed various settings in the vehicle, such as the sound EQ and door locking options. She then walked me through all of the high-tech features. I was also impressed that she had disclosed up front that the car did not have a donut spare. Once I voiced concern, she offered various options including having the dealership installing a spare and housing. I truly feel that Prestige and Deborah had my best interest at heart, and strove to provide a very honest and caring sales experience. Highly recommended. Jeff Ralston More

My recent purchase of my new Volvo was by far the best buying experience I ever have with Prestige Volvo. Throughout the entire purchase process, Ron made the customer feel welcomed. Initially, I was pretty much sold to BMW and very skeptical when I stepped into the dealer. It is not only the good product(Volvo S60), but also Ron's excellent service have turn my decision around. Ron greeted me with an enthusiastic and positive altitude first, which I would never forget. I also appreciate how Ron took the time to explain and show me the S60 I was interested although I have not made up my decision 100% yet and was leaning toward a BMW 3 series. Ron is not like any other car salesman that I have met before; of course he sells car, but I also felt he would care more how customer feel and think. I felt Ron would want customer to have a better understanding the product and of course like the car in the first place before anything else. I know for a fact that this recent Volvo purchase will definitely not be my last Volvo. As long as Ron still work around as a Volvo salesman in the future, I already know who am I gonna go to for my next Volvo purchase.
