They were kind, able and went out of the way to be helpful. Now, when it's time to service the car, we arrange it around a visit to my in-laws in NJ. I completely trust them and they are much more affordable than the dealership in DC. More

She made an appointment for the following day to come and see the car and when I saw it and drove it I wanted it. She made the whole process fun, easy and very professional. I left with the car that evening and was excited to be a Volvo owner. Tina made sure some little dings were fixed and the day of service the following week was relaxing and the car looked brand new!!
