PJ Lee listened to any concerns that I had about making the purchasing decision and offered remedies to alleviate those concerns. Ron Landstrom was the main sales guy that I dealt with. He dealt with questions quickly and if didn't know the answer got with the right people to get the answers I was looking for. Kept me up to speed on the purchase process, took care of any concerns I had with the car (and I am not an easy person to deal with when it comes to attention to detail), and overall made me feel comfortable during the process that this particular dealership treats their customers right and well. Pat Masone walked me through all the financial decisions clearly and offered his opinions on certain portions based on his experience which helped clear up the decision making. Overall through purchasing experience, this dealership treated me the best and based on discussions overheard between other customers, I was not the only happy customer. More
Excellent experience and great people! I leased a 2016 S60 to replace my 2013 S60 (lease was ending). I live about 40 miles away from Prestige, so at first it wasn't my go-to dealership. B I leased a 2016 S60 to replace my 2013 S60 (lease was ending). I live about 40 miles away from Prestige, so at first it wasn't my go-to dealership. But after my local dealership, along with the one where I leased my 2013 S60 pretty much refused to deal with me until my lease was up I turned to Prestige. And what a great turn of events it turned out to be! First, I reached out to Jay Rosen (who worked on my car before) and he replied right away saying: wait for a call, we'll take care of you. Then, less than 30 minutes after, Matt Haiken called me and we made a deal on the phone in less than 10 minutes. That was 4 months before my lease was up. The car I wanted needed to be a special order, because I wanted certain packages/options that are just never available together otherwise. Fast forward about 3+ months after the order - and I was picking up my car. The process was smooth with no surprises (no extra charges, no hassle - the payment was exactly what we had agreed upon with Matt 3 months before). Matt did the paperwork himself (about 10-15 minutes overall, because I spent some time deciding which protection plan to buy). Matt introduced me to Ron Landstrom, who took care of everything else: lease return, insurance information confirmation, plates, etc. All in all, this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car. The most important thing for me during this whole process was that for the first time I dealt with people who knew the product inside out. I respect that a lot. And everyone kept their word every step of the way. There's no question that the next Volvo lease I get, after this one ends, will be from Prestige. P.S. Dealing with Matt was so great, that I'll be considering getting a Kia (his other dealership) to replace my Hyundai Sonata in a couple of years. Just so I could deal with him, because I know it'll be a great deal and a very pleasant experience. More

The wait was minimal from when I entered the service area to when I left. Everyone was very friendly. Best of all though, I cannot find where the scratch was. After getting TRUECar quotes from Prestige and another local Volvo dealer, I was contacted the next morning by Prestige. Lindsey did a fantastic job of being helpful with no pressure. I set up an appointment to do a test drive and decided which engine and options I wanted. Lindsey presented a transparent breakdown of the pricing and the offer was very competitive compared to research that I had done through both TRUECar and Edmunds True Market Value Estimates. Volvo also added a substantial rebate and attractive financing package. There was no haggling necessary and no hard sales tactics. I was extremely pleased with the entire buying experience and strongly recommend Lindsey and the rest of the team at Prestige Volvo. More

Amazing car buying experience Went to E. Hanover Volvo, on Halloween just to look around yet get a feel for the SUV, either XC 60 or 90. In from nowhere, without appt, I was given Went to E. Hanover Volvo, on Halloween just to look around yet get a feel for the SUV, either XC 60 or 90. In from nowhere, without appt, I was given 2 test drives by Ron Landstrom with a full two hours of his time in discussion. I fell in love with the XC 90, and it is now mine as of 3 weeks ago. I have never had a more pleasant buying experience ever and Ron and all at Volvo are the reason. Excellent staff and service and cannot recommend any dealer more highly. More
