This dealership takes its reputation very serious and they made every effort to ensure I was comfortable with them. Tina - you rock! The thorough walk-around video you made with the car prior to my decision to visit was what tilted me over the edge and onto the dealership lot. Many thanks for making the trip so worth it! Also - many thanks to everyone that I met that day. I had not one negative experience with anyone. There seems to be a thoughtfulness behind the staff they employ. We spent a little more time chit-chatting than we would have liked, but I can understand that maybe he didn't want to come across as pushy - so that's ok. PJ came over and finalized the deal for us and got us exactly what we asked for - no back and forth, no BS. Then at the end we sealed the deal with Pat, the business manager, and he was great too - very knowledgeable and personable. He continued the trend of no games, as any car buyer can appreciate. Couldn't give it 5/5 stars just because they did tell us that the car would come with a free 3 month trial of Sirius/XM, but upon delivery the salesperson kind of bluntly said "oh they may have lied about that." Perhaps that was a bit too much honesty. And secondly, I would've thought that it was standard practice for them to deliver the car with a full tank of gas. It's not a huge deal, but just something that just seems to make sense. More

Great experience. I had a great experience buying my CPO 2013 XC60. I had been this dealership prior with my father, years ago, and we were basically snubbed the three I had a great experience buying my CPO 2013 XC60. I had been this dealership prior with my father, years ago, and we were basically snubbed the three times we went. He had wanted to purchase an XC90. However, upon researching for my "new" car, I came across the XC60 this dealership had in stock. It had just about everything I wanted in it, and loaded with safety features. I was a little apprehensive at first, remembering our past experiences, but I took a shot in the dark and emailed the dealership through AutoTrader (where I had found the car). Rebecca DiFede responded back to me within an hour or so to answer my questions and provided great customer service. I was very surprised to get a response so quickly. After corresponding with Rebecca, I made an appointment to discuss the vehicle with a salesman and find out more about it, including pricing. I went to my appointment and was met by Ron Landstrom as my salesman. He was extremely nice, respectful, funny, and knowledgeable. I didn't even really have to ask any questions because he answered them before I was able to ask. He went over every detail and feature of the car, and everything about the CPO warranty and certification process. The test drive was nice, as Ron had planned a nice route where I could really drive the car for a good amount of time. It also turned out at his previous company, Ron was the representative that my father's company bought items from. We had no idea, until talking with Ron and finding out his sales background. Small world. The buying process was quick and painless and PJ Lee and Ron helped me get financing. We were offered a $300 discount on my car, which was lovely, as well as a $300 discount an extra warranty that covered the tires of my car, among other things. This was my first time purchasing my own car and I had such a great experience here. It's very clear that things have changed (for the better) since the last few times my father and I went here. It looks like they cleaned house and got new management, and they did a great job picking their staff. Everyone is kind, smiles, and says hello to you when you walk in. It was a completely different experience this time around. I loved it. Ron made sure to tell me that if I needed anything, or had any questions, to let him know and he'd be there for me. I love my Volvo, and I'm so happy to have gotten it from a Dealership who cares about their clients. More
