He was so helpful, honest, and concerned and, yet, so knowledgeable and professional, that when we had to choose between Prestige and another dealership, Ron was the deciding factor. He made sure our 2013 XC70 was spotless when we picked it up and said he can't wait to put the new plates on it when they come in. Ron even took the time to introduce us to key members of the team at Prestige so that we would have faces to connect with names when we bring the car back in for service. The other day I was driving a longer distance and noted a sound that wasn't quite right. I brought it in immediately and was diagnosed with a major repair. Handled with a smile and a free loaner.
