Lindsey made buying a car out of State worry-free!! I live in Ohio, but purchased our first Volvo from Lindsey at Prestige Volvo in NJ, and would do it again. The initial contact with the dealership was made because of a specific vehicle, but they earned my business by being very easy to work with and considerate of my time. I completely trusted Lindsey and was willing to get on a plane to purchase the vehicle. The process at the dealership was one of the best overall I have had and very quick. My plane arrived later than expected, but Lindsey went out of her way to stay late to show me all the features of the car making sure I was ready for the trip back home. I will definitely contact Lindsey in the future for our next Volvo! More

Car had been in an accident and we wanted details about repairs etc. Sales person offered a warranty for a discounted price ($1595 instead of $2000) and suggested we also consider a lease. Sales person emailed-and called- the following day with lease info. Later that day looking online we see the same vehicle-now a CPO vehicle. The price was $700 higher than the previous day's price, but now included the warranty we were told would cost $1595!! I suppose the Volvo reputation is good enough that they can do that but I will look to buy my Volvo from a more honest and straightforward person/dealership. More

He wasn't a pushy salesman and was very knowledgeable, attentive and patient .. went above and beyond with us and made the process super easy; Steve actually put the cars we looked at into an excel spreadsheet with all the features so we can compare them which made it so easy to pick the car we wanted. He walked us thru the car's many features and followed up with us to make sure we were good or to contact him if we had questions. The ladies in the front desk were also very friendly and attentive; overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you Steve ... we love our car!!! More

I had an issue with a flat tire on the S60 that didn't come with a spare and I wasn't happy with that (not Prestige Volvo issue this is more of an industry wide issue). Jay Rosen the Service Manager overheard my displeasure and out of nowhere provided me with a new spare! This was not expected and in the interest of customer service the Prestige team really stepped up. This is an experience that I have already shared with numerous friends and colleagues over the past 24 hours! I ran into my sales guy PJ Lee and he is always a pleasure to speak with and a person that goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of his customers. More

Exceptional Buying Experience I called Prestige first thing in the morning for info regarding a pre-owned vehicle. I spoke with Tina and explained we were coming from Connecticut and it was more than a two hour drive. Tina provided me with all of the info I needed regarding the vehicle and even did a video walk around of the car for me detailing any of the cosmetic blemishes she noticed. Based on that, we made the decision to make the drive to Prestige. After a test drive we decided to make the purchase. Tina made the entire process easy and hassle free. Her knowledge of the product is outstanding. Her professionalism, personality and attitude made the entire experience an excellent one. One note; I was leaving Prestige, I noticed that the 12 volt power sources were not working in the vehicle so I was unable to charge my phone. I went back into the dealer and inquired about it. I spoke to Jay, the service director, who immediately took the car in and fixed the issue and had me on my way in 5 minutes. All in all, a great experience and would highly recommended Prestige to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
