Now that's an attitude to win business. Service department is great as well. I worked with Pat and Jay. Folks been very professional and patient. Willing to explain the details. Jay took the vehicle out for a spin with me to explain what's with the car and shared his insights on the vehicle with me which was tremendously helpful. Getting a loaner for the service is also a breeze. All paper work time including waiting was roughly 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this dealer. P.S. as of Mar 2017, the XC60 are on an unbelievable deal. I have owned a line of Audi and BMW but was still blown away by the performance of a Volvo (especially at the given price). More
