My wife and I recently bought a certified pre-owned XC90 from Prestige. Overall a wonderful experience. We worked with Ryan Wasik - he was excellent. Pickup was also a breeze - the paperwork and pickup process only took about a half hour and they made sure to give us a tech to make sure we got a tutorial about all of the tech features of the vehicle. Wish all of our car buying experiences could be this good. More

As I have done several times over the years, last week I drove 2 hours+ from Long Island to this dealership.... People might say,,," why would you ever do that when there are plenty of closer Volvo dealers drove 2 hours+ from Long Island to this dealership.... People might say,,," why would you ever do that when there are plenty of closer Volvo dealers to you then that one".? Why,,,because I have learned that nobody,,, nobody,,,,has treated me in the last number of years the way I have been treated at this dealership. Tina Bilokin , one of the sales manager, treats her customers like the showroom is her living room and those of us that deal with Tina look at it like we were just interacting with a gracious hostess. This time was alittle different however. This started by an email from Volvo Cars, the factory, disguised as if coming from Tina at the dealership. Its quite a way from when my lease would be up, and I guess they were startinmg early. Attached to the email was a proposal for a new one of same model, with minimal changes and upgrades. The monthly payment had the normal reasonable increase, but the cash required upfront was like nothing I had ever seen, like what one might expect for a Bentley,,no exaggeration, literally, It made me wonder if I could still afford the car. However it said to contact Tina directly with any questions. I did and she said to relax, disregard that quote that I sent her, that she had always taken care of me and would give me her own quote in the morning. The next morning she did,,monthy payment , again was as expected,,,amount down was a fraction of the factory offer,,,even less then I had ever paid,,Although I was not in a rush to do this early, I felt that since she was doing this, I was compelled to do it early...The car was ready for pickup in a few days and when I got there I was truly treated like their friend Tina, as stated, was super gracious,,, Ryan Wasik, the salesman that handled the rest of the transaction could not have been more of a gentleman, Pat, the Finance and Insurance guy that handled all the lease paperwork was a super guy to deal with,,I had asked about an add-on that I had in the prior lease and he stated that was in the lease as a gift from he and Tina, already included, and Wayne, the guy that tutors on features was very patient with me,,,The biggest thing is, people talk about credibility and transparency,,,, everything I was told over the phone,,was exactly what was written up when I got there,,no added fees, not one item more,,, nobody treats their customers like this,,nobody else that is,,that explains why I travel that far to get there More
