Service department is shady and awful. The service manager is extremely rude and never provided us with paperwork. Took over 6 months to fix our car despite receiving payment and I’m not c The service manager is extremely rude and never provided us with paperwork. They didn’t even bother washing the car or putting paper placemats for service and my car smelled like cigarettes and I don’t smoke. Stay far away and go to another Volvo dealership instead. If I could give a zero rating or less, I would. More
