I had a problem with my tire and I brought the car into the dealership without calling. I was greeted by Tami Santoro and Jim Cole, service managers. In November 2024 we purchased a certified used 2023 Volvo with under 10,000 miles. Part of the "Prestige Promise" is "CERAMIC SHEILD" coating and vin number inscription on doors. This is a scam to extract with under 10,000 miles. Part of the "Prestige Promise" is "CERAMIC SHEILD" coating and vin number inscription on doors. This is a scam to extract money from customers making it look like value. The "CERAMIC SHEILD" had many spots were it hadn't been buffed and after two tries many of these spots remained, reject it. The VIN inscription was a metallic sticker stuck to the bottom of the door. After these being issues we drove around 90 minutes for resolution. Prestige never resolved still spots and a promise of $250 payment, which was never payed. THE JERSEY CAR SCAM at Prestige. More
