I have been taking my Volvos to Prestige for almost 30 years. I want to share my most recent experience. My latest Volvo XC60r was 15 years old and I wanted to keep it for another five years. I felt Prestige did all my maintenance over the years and my latest car, at 15, still runs like new. I also love that they let you know ahead of time what work may soon be needed ( like new brakes, tires, wiper blades, etc,) so you can plan ahead! I spoke with Jason while my old car was being maintained. I had worries that at that age something big could go wrong. He answered every question, He never made me feel bad about not always understanding how the car works and what my options could be. So , I spoke with Rich Curto in Sales. He was absolutely amazing and spent a great deal of time exploring different options. He worked with me until he found a lease and finance that I could afford! He never made me feel uncomfortable about all my questions and answered them in detail. . If it weren’t for him , I wouldn’t now be driving my new Volvo. I am so grateful! Pat in finance explained all of the paperwork before I signed anything. It felt good to understand all the details. Finally, Matt V, took me out to my new car and explained so easily yet thoroughly , all of the new ‘bells and whistles’ I was unfamiliar with. I am totally so happy my new car and feel secure in knowing that Prestige will be with me for all maintenance, just as they have with my past three Volvos. I would highly recommend Prestige to everyone. More

I had a problem with my tire and I brought the car into the dealership without calling. I was greeted by Tami Santoro and Jim Cole, service managers. The waiting room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and the coffee machine actually worked. The Prestige group evidently cares about their customers. More
