From the moment I walked in to the time I left (I wish I got his name again - but the gentleman with the beard at the service desk) was absolutely pleasant, courteous and kind. I told him my car problems and he gave me the estimated time I would be leaving. After 2 hours he told me I am almost done and I was out at the exact estimated time. Our family decided to choose Volvo xc60 and have done some investigation on our own, so I contacted 8 local volvo dealers (around New York) for the pricing directly. Nicquelle Denney (Business Development Manager) responded me with great detail and answered my questions promptly and patiently. The pricing is great and the deal is finalized and well honored later, so it saved me a lot of hassle. When I visited the dealership office in person, I was greeted by Franc Monica and Jesus Arriola. Although the car happened to be sold the night before, they took the remedy action immediately. Franc found me an almost identical car from another dealership with the Same price and guaranteed me that the car would belong to me. They do not do up-sell during my stay. Jesus Arriola helped me with all the paperwork, document and payment. When the car arrived later, he personally delivered the car from new jersey to new york. I really appreciate it. Therefore, the overall purchase process is smooth, the car runs nicely, people are professional. I am glad that I choose Prestige Volvo Cars Englewood. More
