This was the second time my vehicle had a problem. I have to say, when my husband first suggested that I purchase a Volvo XC90., I was not on board. I didn’t want another foreign vehicle. But I have to admit it’s a beautiful vehicle , with great features & rides very smoothly. But I still wasn’t completely satisfied. It wasn’t until I took my car to the service for a problem and met my Vehicle Advisior Nagy Claus that I was so happy I owned a Volvo. Not only did he take care of me and provide me with a loaner, he in detail explain everything that was wrong & what work was done. I have never experience such outstanding and professional customer service . Claus is so genuine & for first in my life, I actually knew what someone in the service department was talking about. The staff there are friendly & professional too. But as long as Nagy Claus is employed at your establishment then you will always have my business. Thank you all. A pleasure to work with I recently moved from Florida to NJ and my car didn’t have a license plate holder in the front. This kinda stressed me out, worrying how I’ll get one I recently moved from Florida to NJ and my car didn’t have a license plate holder in the front. This kinda stressed me out, worrying how I’ll get one installed and more importantly installed correctly and with care. I called Prestige Volvo and found out that they could do the service in house and the same day. I literally just received my plates from the DMV and drove over to Prestige who were able to accommodate working me into their schedule. Within 30 mins the plates we installed. I think having Volvo experts work on my car eased my concerns and worry. Thank you Prestige! More
