Before sitting with Bill, I visited 4 other Volvo dealerships.. all with the same level of prestige, inventory, etc. and was really disappointed. Bill was patient, asked all the right questions, walked me through the process, really cared about my budget and beyond.. and he did it all with a smile. Just a really great guy with a great deal of experience and professionalism. I don't normally write reviews, but he is deserving of it. I visited this dealership and was lucky to bump into Bill on the floor. Walked in with my father so we could purchase an XC90 for my mothers birthday. She's thrilled with the car.
