Quick, easy, accommodating. I just dropped off my s90 at the Prestige Volvo Service Center in Englewood. I just have to say that I am so pleased and proud to be a Volvo owner. I called the other day and described a lighting issue I was having. Without any questions asked, they told me to bring it in whenever I could. I showed up, parked the car, registered in the system, and was handed keys to a loaner vehicle so my day was not disrupted by this unexpected issue. Everyone here has been extremely helpful, fast, and very accommodating. Jack Boyadjian checked me in and did the walk-around to note the issue I was having. Jay Rosen was my point of contact for getting the car dropped off. Tammy introduced herself and made sure I was being taken care of. Together they have made this experience so much easier and more efficient than I could've expected. I highly recommend this service center if you're looking for quality service. More

When she saw me she was very welcoming and happy to see an old customer. I really liked her personable service and as much as she possibly can insured that I received the best service here at Prestige Volvo in Englewood from getting a discount, a loaner car , a friendly and efficient service. It is obvious she manages the place well. The service representative Claus was also good. I find him knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Prestige Kia - Tenafly Purchased 2016 Mazda 6, salesman Joe Kandil had the car ready for a test drive when i arrived, car was as described in their add, took car out for tes Purchased 2016 Mazda 6, salesman Joe Kandil had the car ready for a test drive when i arrived, car was as described in their add, took car out for test drive around town and drove like a brand new car, Joe made the whole buying process as easy as can be, and i want to give high marks to the finance dept. they were ready with paperwork and made that process painless. after driving the car on the highway there was a sound coming from the tires and front brakes. called Joe the next day and he put me thru the service manager Ruben he set me up the next day they found that the front tires and brakes, rotors needed to be replaced, they did it no charge, i cant say enough about this dealership for standing behind their used cars they sell, keep up the good work in providing great customer service thank you More
