He called me with an update midday on my preferred phone number and finished my car when he said he would. This kind of service seems normal, but unfortunately, doesn't always happen. I left feeling like my car was fixed correctly, that it was inspected for safety(brakes,tires,etc), and that I wasn't oversold or pressured into making an unnecessary repair. Claus called me about some additional recommendations on my 50,000 mile service with good detail on why they were recommended. This was done with no hard sell.
