Very pleasant experience. I was greeted immediately and directed to the service counter. The gentleman there was very pleasant and professional. He informed me that there was a minor recall on my vehicle, and they would be happy to take care of it right then so I would not need to return for the repair at a later time. He advised me of the additional wait time, which was about 45 minutes, and I agreed to the work. The car was ready almost exactly the time quoted, and it was cleaned and washed.
